No further dilution for small Oil & Gas companies with a major development on the horizon in nearly unheard of.

When Ruvuma is up and running, we're generating free cash flow with no related debt eating into our profits, shareholders will have a different view of this deal.

If we're 12-18 months away from generating free cash flow of $1m-$1.5m per month and rising from there, at least that's a start.

If the new shares aren't admitted until next week, who is providing all this liquidity? Who is selling?? Have never seen so many buys with such a sticky Bid/Ask.

As always, a missed opportunity to sell the market on the company's true growth potential. E.g. no mention about value of future cash flow, drilling by year-end, debt-free Balance Sheet, exisiting wells that should come back onstream shortly, cornerstone investors, TZ gas demand potential, etc. etc. These things should be alway on the tip of his tongue. Instead, any new investor listening will have no idea of *why* this is materially undervalued in his mind.

Looks like the fall in sp has triggered a motherload of Stop Loss orders. Should clear quickly once the technicals have flowed through.

Moving the rig onsite will take longer than the civil works, so no delay is expected.

SOLO suggested that at the UK investor show in April. Not far away, just a bit of repositioning based on further analysis from NT2. The final drill plan should provide the details.

UKOG just confirmed a few mins ago on twitter the 2nd tanker of oil off to the refinery. The test work will be paying for itself at this rate.

If volumes were higher, I'd say this is being held down by a seller. Since vols are meagre, it really beggar's belief why we haven't moved at all.

We've had a flurry of good news recently: HH undamaged and flowing freely at expected rates+, Ruvuma development accelerating, NR stepping down. What's not to like?

Hard to understand the timing of this deal. On the one hand, they wouldn't take on the extra risk and financial burden if they thought HH was going to disappoint. Therefore could be taken as a vote of confidence in the company's ability to generete revenue and raise funds.

Yet, if HH is going to come in, why not wait a few weeks when the sp is higher?

The cynic in me says they're giving a mate rate to the seller, but that the data they've seen on HH is good.

You knew all that before this deal. And yet you seem surprised when it turns out the Zubairs aren't a charity. Should've sold the day they took their 29.9%.

Aminex has decided it doesn't want to play drilling roulette with shareholder money, so we've passed off the risk for, but Zubairs can afford to.

Come November, we'll have $9m in cash and another $9m in receivables, which has now been freed up for other things. We have a fully funded bankable asset. We have financial flexibility we haven't had in years. And that's assuming we don't get KN back up and flowing (albeit at a modest rate) by year-end.

CP, you know full well this deal is not about recouping our investment costs with this farmout. That would imply a sale, which we all know this isn't. We'll make our money back many times over once development is up and running.

Then again, the assets are SO AMAZING, and we sold SO CHEAP, then surely our white knight is preparing a bid. Still waiting for that, tick tock, tick tock.
