Yeah, a call from the operators not s/hs. They should be able to swing it but I’m sure SCIR will want to focus on near term drill expenses and push seismic costs further down the line. I think we all suspect SCIR are looking to max out their Ruvuma sale price by sticking it out for CH1 but not for l/t development.

A $10m cash call is prob higher than they were expecting for next 12 months. With activities starting they may have received their first invoices already.

Looking at the charts, our steady sp movements over the last two months are looking eerily similar to those of Fall 2016, in the lead up to NT2. We've had spikes since, but nothing this supportive for such an extended period.

I hope they don't set a price until after the licence extensions have be approved. Otherwise we'll be diluting at a huge discount to the company's existing NAV. Timing for this acquisition is a bit awkward if TZ announcement is made while we're suspended and market can't react.

Rycroft has had a close up look at the company for the last 12 months. No way he'd sign on as COO if he thought there was no real job here. Same for CFO. There's no job if there's no licence or deal in sight. Something's up.

Does anyone have a line into Ferguson or Fitzpatrick? Would be interesting to know if anyone from SOLO is attending the conference in early Oct (www.cwctog.com/). Isn't publicly sensitive info to know whether a company is sitting in at a major industry event.

Higher oil price, recent commercial discovery, ongoing high impact drill programme. Hard to see why this is trading down on the week.

I think if it's gonna happen this year, it'll be before the conference so they speak freely about progress. I'll be bold and go with 30/09/19.

There is some precedents on his contacts in country, which is promising. I put a little more weight on it this time looking at the rumblings in the country, the upcoming conference announcements, WEN's signing earlier today, and hopefully this (minor) RNS from SOLO shows they're gearing up for increasing activity.

FWIW, I think the WEN signing is a big deal. It's really just a formality, but shows the wheels are turning in the country. Hopefully we're next in the queue!

If there's an ounce of truth to the rumour of drilling in October, this will fly.

I'm intrigued by what M&A flow our BoD can pull off, but Ruvuma asset sale is the enabler, at least for anything substantial.
