Quite correct Aldebaran......the Notice of Results for 2024 is delayed. Usually the announcement is March or early April and the latest ever was the 23 April. What is Avacta waiting for before announcing the results? Can it go another week.....legally?

No. There should be a link to the third poster on the Avacta website in the next hour.

Avacta has always announced its Notice of Results before the 23 April (30 March in '22) so there is probably a good reason for the delay. I'm now sure there will be a heads-up in May on our funding strategy. It will be impossible for the board to go through an AGM without advising on the nature of the next CLN payment so that alone is sufficient reason. And the auditors of course want to know how Phase 2 will be financed.....and they won't be palmed off with sweet words.

So I think a licence deal or NASDAQ is due in the Merry Month of May.

Unfortunately Avacta will be forced to wait until it get's the green light from thorn/eggy/ndn.

Unfortunately Opti that won't cut it with the auditors ....they'll want to know where the funding is coming from long, long before the end of the year.....like next month - May.

I wrote in December that it was a truly bizarre interview and I'm now guessing Avacta decided it was the only way to tell BP and the world that pre|CISON®/linked-warhead works......without falling foul of the regulatory authorities. It was probably a nod and a wink from Simon Bennett. The good doctor, using 3,600 words, tells us this product needs to be around the world as quickly as possible but unfortunately this is easier said than done. I'll say again...I absolutely believe this was a "placed" interview and anyone who thought it was a coincidence - please, do give me a break.
