Not quite true Ninetails .If you had 10,000 shares then obviously the take if they go up 2% would be much more than if you now hold 1000 shares .Also 10% was a very cautious consolidation , it leads one to believe that another consolidation will follow soon after
Oh in the old days the Weald was attributed to 100, 000 000 , barrels . Although official geological mapping had assessed that there may be as much as 40,000 recoverable ..... Bit suspicious of the consolidation , it is very tame . the last one I had shares ih consolidated at 40:1 . So I assume it is minimal to try to avoid share holder unrest, more on the way later ?
I really think these masters who allege that they are making money from UKOG shares are really doing in AIM, such expertise really demands that they should put their expertise to the real shares market , in fact personal pride would urge the, to do so am sure , unless of of course they are just making up stories to make themselves look to be clever and important, that is !
Sshsss you cant tell the truth like that in here, this is a place for fantasy , and never a larger one than Portland .Ev en if that went ahead we will all be dead before hydrogen became the major in use fuel although I doubt it ever will , as I have said before hydrogen is an explosive gas in oxygen so a leaking damaged tank of it , or a severe accident will see it spill combine with oxygen and just a small spark will set off an explosion .Chances are small but the potential users are very large indeed so with the number of cars on the road worldwide we could expect a few explosions every day
The basic thing about shares you must have a product or can reasonably expected to have a product to sell. I think it is pretty fair to say the pinova well has a guesswork percentage of 10 to 15 % chance of success . So you are playing very long odds in UKOG
It is a shameful weakness that the government have not exploited shale gas , or tidied up the laws reeploration and production. If you import the stuff , you are not saving the environment in any way at all. Meantime the ECO warriors in the UK , who they have been appeasing would probably complain as loudly as anyone else if there was no petrol for their car or there was frost on their windows at home because there was no gas for heating .These stop oil now , mostly comprised of the inmature minds , should be ignored and countered ,for example how many more pensioners would die if they did not enjoy heating in the winter ,it would certainly exceed those drowned by rising sea levels !
But logic (but no oil drilling skills) seems to suggest to me that there maybe disbursed oil around but no reservoir anti appears to be under no naturally generated pressure ,in which case it would have come up the pipe
I feel that will be the case if this latest venture fails to produce recoverable oil . Would be fun to be a part of it though if the test produces a good result the buys and sells will be phenomenal but will not mean much for anybody with an economic bundle because there are far too many shares out there , but if the share ever looks like being well founded, then they will consolidate in which case you will need millions of them to make anything worthwhile
