We may well win in Court Handy, but although it's a win for the company if we do succeed, the damage done to the share price and the losses of the long term share holders because of the DHSC action will go nowhere near recouping our losses if the government had honoured the contract in the first place.

Where would the share price be now, with likely other acquisitions already have taken place and who knows maybe we would have been a target ourselves.

Unless we get a positive trading update it is unlikely even if we get a positive result in June that shareholders waiting to bail out quickly will not be able to a sensible price. There will be so many looking to sell and not enough buyers with incentive to buy into us.

Cash in the bank is no incentive if the company continues to deliver poor results.
