We are obviously here as we were all sucked in to where this company was going during the pandemic and hoped the company would go places with the cash it made.

The opposite has happened and the DHSC legal case has been like a lead balloon for the share price.

The BOD offer us no insight into where the company is or going. Just salad when they must speak to their shareholders.

On the plus side, we have one purchase that looks inspired in Yourgene.

But the fate of this company is the 24th June when the court case begins.

I cannot see a senario that we would go to court without a good chance of winning.

Would the BOD earning great salaries risk their jobs if they thought we could lose. They are more likely to settle, keeping enough cash in the company to continue as they have done for the past two year.

Valju: There is a non disclosure agreement in place , so no one knows what is happening and who would risk insider trading ? or am I being naive.

I think you put to much stock that wheeler dealer tactics are abound.

Let's face it we are a small company with very little share turnover and I am sure that interest in in our company is pretty low in the city's interest.

Being a betting man I think even if it were 50/50 for our chance of winning, means we are getting 3 or 4/1 about an even money shot.
