I guess the unknown is the total legacy from remediating buildings when there is such a long exposure period. Add to this the recent change for non combustible buildings now having an 11m height not 18m height means councils will be looking at buildings between 11 and 18 M in height. If you seek, you shall find. With 40 x the number of multi occupancy buildings between 11 and 18 M, the unknown exposure will be around for a while. As a share holder hoping the pent up demand evens some of this out
Feeling little sorry for the airlines (this time) the failure leading to all the added cost and company resources is not under their control yet government spouting the compensation message and poor consumers. The airlines are not at fault here, the incompetent support services company are with seeming little accountability or acknowledgement they are to blame, not their customers. Government should hold the company responsible to account and reimburse the airlines. Maybe a collective action through the courts by all airlines affected would do the trick
Started at 6.30 before averaging down to 3.10 but now way to much in a share where the board seem to spend more time creating new directors and rewarding the existing ones for driving a business into the toilet

England to follow in the budget?
Despite the gloom from the Broker at 11.90 and immediate market reaction, much of the bad news was baked in thus the divi drop main push. Persimmon not become bad overnight and the gloom around sustained high inflation now paring back to 3% by year end, interest rates will follow and the GOV may still provide some stimulus for first time buyers again. Even with lower divi, bought some more at 12.80 to get ave down from 1800 and will hold on for better times and bank the divi for any drops
Great to find others with SAGA as well as persimmon, also have Easy jet making their way back slowly and Legal and Gen who go down to 250, then up to 265, then down to 250........ Was in Saga, averaged down to £3 so still miles off

Whilst Cardiff Airport is a like a seen from candid camera most days with no one around, Wizz did provide a service which is gone and the capacity and demand for flights to the destinations is still there. This likely to switch to Bristol now with other low cost airlines benefiting
