There are several shares I tend to invest in and never comment on. Just try to time my buys , usually on or near their lows. It’s not a science but more chances of success......the key rule imo is do not treat a share like as you would a savings account, especially on AIM :). It’s just a place to raise funds and no one is looking out for the poor punters who invest and just hope for the best..

Fountains. I invested on my last post and sold
recently. It was a trade from a low, with new product , which took longer than I expected. No attachment here just a trade but wrong for me to criticise a share I was invested.
I will note down vape brands for you next time when passing. They are most probably Chinese.

OK. I'm a bit drunk and it's nearly midnight in a shack.
Bearing this in mind I'm a suspicious bustard and notice that the last buy...correlates to all of today's small sells....does that make me a conspirators person, maybe. Maybe just coincidence ...lol

Factory. Its 11.22 pm here. Read up about wifi. Which is in every beach shack. Bar and restuant ( excluding daily power cuts). They even have it in the uk, if you don't believe me then read up about it or talk to your neighbours.
It's my third month here and life is cheap, friendly, hot and addictive.
Do you have any comment on todays events.....imo we have invited loads of traders....and just my luck I have already sold out....so just an observer....don't get caught on the bounce ......

The short term traders will buy on weakness as they can see short term potential ...basically confirmed by the flipper investment and pending good news.
Let's face it they are all skimmers too.

There will be a rise from 3.55 ..today's low, sometime soon.

You have to read between the lines with many AIM shares ....but is a coincidence chill have well advertised pending good news that should increase the sp ( at least temporarily) ...the company obviously need cash. They put it about the city they are up for temporary finance and willing to offer a discount for shares just prior to releasing this news.....
Give a discount, hand ober 16 m shares and will now go on to release the news....

My guess. Is news after the new shares are on the books. But just a guess.

Another dilution of your investment along with 16 million shares being sold into the market on the launch of the new vape device....

Couldn't make it up ! I guess some here will think it's all good news...well it is, as far as it allows the company to keep trading
. The key thing is this is not an institution wishing to invest longterm in CHILL...its a quick flip on the next share price rise or sooner and the flipping company will ensure it get ther 10% plus reward for their hard work.
The next share price rise will be the release of news about their new vape product so expect 16 millions shares to be sold Into that imo. Timing is perfect.
Looks like they have been sending unsolicited letters around the city, selling new shares .......a kind of begging which they spin as a positive.

We're presently allocated an 8p spread .!....which will amplify any trades....I think they do this to stimulate some trading...all we are getting are a few peeps selling a few hundred quids worth maybe to pay for some bill or something.
With so few shares in circulation and it seems tightly held and no serious sellers to supply any shares to buy it looks like we are at a hiutus.....and at mercy of a few small sellers . That's how it seems to me at the moment until news is released.

Village. Why don’t you ask yourself what the sp was on the last day I posted.... instead of making assumptions.
I only referred to TAAT as a comparison / competitor in the then cbd smokes market.....never invested .
Bellers . Your sons friend at school has done very well but you must admit the market is much more competitive today than in the early days and timing is often key.

I wish you all good luck in your investments but Don’t assume just because you have a new product the world will want to buy it. I think that lesson was learnt during the oils , followed by the cbd smokes , chews attempts to market.

Sale .....I'm in India, remote spot. Fishing village and even here I can buy nicotine free vapes and the indian government have banned vapes !
The word saturation comes to mind....and if they want a serious size of the market they will need to sell cheap.
Anyway, I hope your all keeping well.

Serious answers from informed investors only need reply.
As if all you can produce is abuse then I think it says it all.
What is so different about these vapes,and their costs to enable millions of users to switch brands.

I recall Tom in the proactive interview saying with such certainty that FDBK have a " deepening sales pipeline " In uk.
Now. I do not know what this looks like but I know a shrinking sales pipeline is bad news......this pipeline is presently undisclosed but he must be very confident in translating these unknowns into contracts imo.

The other thing to think about is that these contracts are ultimately government contracts and the Torys have made CDCs one of their main pledges in office for this term.....so I would imagine release of posstive significant progress in this area must be politically complicated and I'm sure they may wish to get a photo opppurtjnity or it's equivalent to demonstrate how they are progressing.

It’s worth bearing in mind the QVH previous extension contract runs until 31st March 23. The new contract we are waiting for will not start until after this date . So as far as QVH award goes there is plenty of time to announce this new contract award, especially as if we hope it will be the same company taking it forward. So I don’t think we should be to nervous about the QVH winner not being announced just yet.

As for the other tender , there is as far as I can see no published winner announced yet. So everything to go for here still. GL vas

It does not help with the mms playing with the spread so to look like a falling sp, when in fact they widened the spread.

Nd. At present no one has been announced as the winner of the tender from what I can see .....which imo means we still have everything to play for.....and awaiting the result.
