IMO The January presentation by Tom, is key here. I think more patience is required. I have now listened to this several times and each time hear something new.
Here are my highlights form the presentation to do with India.
Remember time has moved on, and between June and September the Bleepa product could well be licensed in India as a medical product and for sale.
Tom states "We are in a "CONSORTIUM" with Amazon and Qure.AI and in discussions with some large Telco players in India !!!, so to access the cloud in remote areas in India."
Also seeing opportunities in India with "individual private hospitals and at a more regional level, with state level governments" in connecting state government, and to quote again " all these conversations are on the way, but unfortunately can't be realised until Bleepa has the medical imaging licence completed, six to nine months ( maybe June to September 23!)
CareLocker is just beginning, and as far as India is concerned is the nearer term opportunity and they already have interest from many other cities, in India other than Indore. To quote Tom "the Scale of this is truly enormous", as each individual imaging centre will save money selling the scan, to the patient , and larger the town or city the more diagnostic centres exist. "Indore has 40 imaging centres , larger cities have hundreds..".
I really like the fact that Tom stated that FDBK are in consortium with Qure.ai and Amazon in India....massive potential, in India alone.
The UK, will also come good too, just i think they are even more tied up in non disclosure, than they are in India.
Quote from presentation again . In UK " they are not dependent on the CDCs being completed, they can provide the technology for joined up working long before the actual CDCs are completed.".
I take from this that FDBKs offering is an easy fruit, relatively cheap and effective , which will change the landscape of the way the NHS communicates, even before they have completed the CDCs.
