The actual numbers reported in the article (of both consumption smart meters fitted in Karnatika ) look very similar.....
Maybe CC doing both types of consumer......which would make complete sense after reading the Article I posted about feeders ..... Cheers Vas

I agree Tony. I wonder why they did not do the pan Indian implementation via feeder instead of user consumption. The good news is it looks like that's what they have doing in CESC with Enzen .

I found the point about CC strength being that it does not come with the price of the meter ....

In Bangladesh they are working on a 1 million deployment of smart pre paid meters. They have already signed contracts with two meter suppliers wasion group and Hexing Electric Co.
They want to employ an international consultant to work out the communication, I guess.
Cyan would be perfect fit here ...I imagine.

I hope it not just you buying the large trades? You would expect a few new investors would join the party following yesterdays positive investors presentation....
You only need to identify half a dozen company's that follow a similar pattern as CC .....year in, year out....and time your investment and exit according to the script ....your only ever be invested a few days per year for each company ( keeps the risk down) and you could make good money on the pre presentation, big order and following Share rise). Easier said than done but there are some - who look out for, and identify these patterns.

Once the funding news is finally out ( seems like ages the funding news has been hanging over our heads) and digested then interest from new investors may be more forthcoming.
No one wants to buy a share just before a possible dilution ...so hope it's soon.

Hi 2cv. I interpreted this to mean a tender / opportunity that is expected to be announced / advertised that CC are qualified to take part in. Opportunities that they have identified and expect to be involved in. That's my interpretation but could be wrong.

Todays continued rise was a nice suprise. I take my hat off to the board. ...they can certainly control news flow when they want too. What are the odds on a significant order just before an investors presentation.....they should have them more often..:). When's the next one?

I can't remember a day like this.....from memory were looking for £7 to £10 million revenue by year end.....so this might be just the beginning, certainly further news will be required....but will need to get the fund raise out of the way Imo first.

The restruant is a good choice for health and safety reasons alone...being on the ground floor ...anyone thinking of throwing themselves out of the window in protest should be able to do this with the knowledge that they should survive... lol

My take from this article is its very early days for next generation smart meters as a service...which is where we hope to be ...thank goodness were involved in the markets we are I.e India , UK and Sweden ..not a great deal mentioned about Ukraine, Iran, Bangladesh, Thailand etc which is surprising, and I don't understand.....as they are big markets .

There were no surprises today...pretty much as everyone expected....yet 25% fall in sp. Nothing other nothing new has happened today....so pretty much the same company as yesterday....so what's all that about......it must be that word
" funding" that keeps getting mentioned..they should stop talking about it. ..and just gone ahead and got it over with....would have saved some of today's losses ....we're getting the punishment before we've committed the crime....that's how it looks to me. ....and it's still yet to come.

Hi Mcgoof, apparently, and according to Modi ...many of the 200 million people in Indian villages that didn't have electricity a few years ago, now have lights....life, events , progress, opportunity...All moving along swiftly .... However, back in Blighty, were still waiting for our tunnel to be lit....optimists relying on promises by CC of substantial income before this year end ....pessimists waiting for further dilution ......most of us have not a clue. GL

About time they released their forecasts for this year.....other than the term " Corporate"
