Just a few thoughts as were under 8p1 Feb 2022 09:26
The share price may well fall further IMO, i have no idea but highs and lows do tend to be exaggerated but as some sort of balance CHILL are priced today at approx. 7p which is less ( by 1p) that it was worth on 14th June 2019 when highland Natural Resources announced their New CBD BRAND. There should be a point where the share is good value again, if you believe the in the product and the story here. Todays investors can't change the history of this share but those still invested and potentially new investors should now focus on what opportunity's the company now have at their disposal to ensure the next leg up is controlled, progressive, reliable and reflected in real life progress in revenues and less on hope. If you believe the Fridays RNS then you may well feel that anything around this price could be a good time to invest. The company now have handful of " old hands", industry experienced advisors who will prevent the BODs from making future unwise decisions and should add significant value in their prospective roles. From RNS CHILL will retain 2500 retail shops in US and build on revenue from these and at the same time increase bricks and mortar shops but more strategically ( from what i read geographically, to ensure distribution rather than ad hoc across large states via chains). CHILL said they will also focus on online sales - and i think that this will involve some high profile partnerships with large online retail platforms - possibly USA. UK and other country's. They have stated that ALL bricks and Mortar distribution deals are still in place and i assume these will be revisited once / when covid abates. Therefore they have a strategy, one which could increase revenues significantly with higher margins ( online).I think they should remove the speculation regarding further funding required immediately and either knock it on the head , or hopefully announce a investor friendly loan with Veridian ASAP to get this behind them. They are partnered with this CBD finance company, have a director / advisor from Viridian on board at CHILL recently - so i would hope a investor friendly loan . Small caps are looking attractive and would hope that liquidity returns to the small cap sector this year. The seller is nearly out or out, hopefully. The share has now been heavily punished for sins of its past and hopefully enough investors can see the opportunity here and realise that the BODs are now more accountable under their new advisors ( one would hope). This share only has to rise 6p a year from here and its over 80%% return on investment year in year out. We know that more than this is possible but as a rule of thumb over a period of years this small annual increase could grow much larger. Anything around 7-8p or less is worth considering for long term IMO.GL ALL. ( on mobile - so hope makes sense).
