Thanks ragnarr. it definitely helps. Seems CareLocker is an extension of Bleepa, supporting the Bleepa functions o so can't really offer a stand alone service by itself.

I mean how many apps is the NHS going to have? there is the covid APP, then there is this new APP for p[patients really to keep track of, and arrange appointments etc ...im just hoping that this most recent APP is just the basic idea, and more services ( SAAS) will be added as it develops. Its hard to image a third APP will be required to do the Bleepa clever stuff.....connecting all medical services involved in a patients care , including the patient so at anytime a health worker or patient can read an historical and unto date record of each patients medical progress .....You would hope it would all be on one single NHS APP, that all patients have access too....with one secure gateway for all to use., with limiting access when required.

I'm secretly hoping for an RNS first thing tomorrow with something new Tom can discuss with the trade at tomorrows meeting.

The last mile delivery is an interesting area to read up on. Its that last mile where the war between Amazon etc and small micro delivery cos will be fought. Delivery to residential houses in just a few hours from ordering a product is growing rapidly, and will be expected sometime soon - even though its cumbersome and trends show this will be a massive market.

Fabric opened two new fulfilment stations in New York in 2020 in Manhattan and the second in Long Island, Queens. I can't find how many they have today !

However, they aim to deliver with an hour, or other options depending on customers wishes time period from initial order.
I think at present they pay a little more for an express delivery.
So how do they manage the last mile!
It seems vans are loaded up to deliver within each borough to local holding sites, where workers queue for work, from the
" Gig economy"..think uber drivers, Just Eat mopes, Deliveroo cyclists, and even workers on foot can deliver to residential homes and offices, bars etc - as the customer is now very local. They also offer a pick up service where customer will order, and then pick up an hour later or whenever.
Whats exciting is that the gig economy is already in place and working...I can get several uber sin 10mins around here, and you can see delivery drivers on bikes, mopeds etc outside most restaurants / take always, waiting for their next delivery.
Hence urban , highly populated areas is their first choice.
Amazon and others are looking at driverless vans , drones , etc to cover the last mile.

Therefore, with Manhattan covered with at least two micro distribution stations and maybe more today than in 2020 and possibly in other boroughs of NY - CHILL could trial this out in Manhattan fairly quickly on the back of a very focussed, very local advertising / promotional campaign in Queens and Long Island boroughs.

I'm not sure how quick Fabric are expanding but there is no reason that CHILL could not expand with them on this journey and promote in Fabrics new target highly density populated areas.

The other thing i found out was that there a number of these micro deliver COs - last mile company's all fighting for position in what will be massive growth market - therefore whats stopping CHLL partnering with others also , in different parts of the country.

Just to add Sh&* share price reaction again to todays RNS. SP didn't even bother getting out of bed.

I think the big picture here, long term is about the inevitable decline of the high street as the go to place for retail therapy and the insatiable appetite for online retail.. High streets will become leisure destinations where you go to meet friends, drink, eat, entertainment and so on and the traditional retail become local automated fulfilment warehouses serving the local population. The large struggling retailers turn their space into "Dark Stores" or " fulfilment stations"
that are close to large populations and customers, pick up or delivery in an hour, or 24 hours as the customer demands.

Something i do not understand !!! Many things really. is can CareLocker be used independently to Bleepa. Or does Bleepa have to be installed before CareLocker can be utilised. I'm not convinced this NHS App is anything to do with Bleepa / Carelocker - will the Bleepa / CareLocker user interface be a n APP ? Hope I'm wrong though.

I read it that the they aim to fulfil all orders via CHILL.com site using Fabric distribution - and that will include public and wholesale retail. Therefore, CHILL.com may include a retail wholesale platform for retail shops to re order also !.

This would mean , once set up the retail shops selling chill in large urban areas will be supplied by Fabric and at present we have up to 2,500 retail shops, many of which must be in catchment areas, or will be) so supply to these could begin as soon as feasible. The promotions of CHILL then will centre around the Fabric distribution centres in urban environments along with increase in retail outlets in same areas.
This way CHILL can be targeted in high populated areas, and delivered to individuals or retail.

Schalf. To be fair you may be right as RNS does say "As part of the deal, once fully deployed, all wholesale retail and direct-to-consumer orders made via Chill.com will be picked and fulfilled at automated robotic pick stations from a Fabric MFC."

Wholesale retail must include retail shops you would hope, if not why not.

If you listen from 19m 30 secs he is ultra bullish and gives his 2022 predictions where he states " Things can't get any worse" and "from an investment prospective the calendar will be our fiend" with ", no question in my mind, it can't get any worse "
and a prediction of £1.50p year end Chill share price.

Three weeks later the share price is now kissing its low at 7.7p. The share price then when Merlot Mike made this ultra bullish interview was 18p - i wonder how many people bought in on that tip, and how they feel today.

If the Chill SP was worth 50% more just three weeks ago then where are the buyers NOW at this price ?

Just an observation and whatever the crew say, it will not be about the share price - but this is a fact.

One of the questions I struggle with is this
"What would the sales have looked like from the 2500 shops in USA that presently sell CHILL and gummies IF the distribution system was not broken and during Covid" i.e What will the numbers look like when things return to normal.

The expectation here once was maybe five products sold daily per outlet which was sen as conservative.

If they can now fix this issue at least with the 2500 existing shops and match such a target and then slowly grow it to more outlets then decent revenue will start to accumulate progressively form quarter to quarter.

For this to happen

We need to know if these five a day targets were reasonable
Fix the distribution problem to at least the 2500 outlets presently selling product
promote CHILLs offering aggressively in the 2500 outlets
Then work on increasing retail.

If they can do this as ell as expand online then should be better days to come.
I assume that's what they intend on doing form their RNS i.e protect what they already have in cricks retail and make it work and focus on online where they can control the distribution .

Yes, maybe Sebs but the difference between people like JS and most other investors is that they make sure they stick to rule number one. Always protect your capital and lets be honest the sp deprecation to todays sp was not a fast process ..it was as i have said before a slow car crash ..took nine months or so.

I think that shorting the Zoetic downtrend in sp would have been his main concern to protect his investment and to provide further profit.

However, on the face of it it looks as if he took a hit like the rest of you but that's probably not the case, and this allows him to keep some integrity.
i cant see him just sat there for nine months watching the sp drop every week relentlessly and only now he wakes up , sells and walks away with a loss. No way.
