That’s a good I/v .Thanks. If you look at the chart the SP has been tracking sideways for 3 years. I wonder what will trigger the break ? My guess is that it will occur over the next 12 months but I won’t be surprised if it happened later this year.

All very fair comments desertjoe. The start time of the AGM is a bit early this year, but I’m sure a number of long standing pte investors will attend. I hope to be there. I see the need for Yellow Jersey to really help Ariana build the message, build trust and build awareness. There is still clearly a lot to do on that front alone. I’m with you about long term. With the second mine 2 years away, debt repayment pre then and hopefully real progress at Salinbas in that time scale, I’m focused on us being in a totally different place by then. Is 2 years acceptable? With JV increased production next year to 25000 ozs the rerating should in my mine start in the not too distant future.

Has anyone had contact with the posters on iii? Are they still active over there? Don't forget the AGM is on 29th at the East India Club.

I attended. Great, positive event. Really good opportunity to get everything back in perspective. I think some were becoming unnecessarily pessimistic. 1. Bedrock Cobre - still looks cast iron in terms of cash flow. New customers can still be recruited and other expansion aspects exist. 2. Leigh Creek - Now the strategic priority. Want to get this second potentially substantial second income stream in place asap. Lots of very upbeat information communicated. Highly prospective locality with lots of satellites to potentially expand into and perhaps acquire over time. Our customer is only 450 kms away. Jon Meyer, Partner & Senior Mining Analyst at SP Angel, spoke very highly of the prospect and its potential, even comparing it to other World Class assets. He was also very complimentary about our Chairman , Alan Broome, and stressed what a quality asset he was to the Co. 3. Hans Camp etc. - The message here was simple - "Rome isn't built in a day". Results so far are normal. They have only drilled the surface (50 metres) to get the data to know where to do the expensive deep drilling. This is a normal iterative process. The Co. are very happy where they are in terms of results todate. Cobalt & Rare Earths are still very much on the agenda, but the focus for now, for strategic reasons, is Nickel Suphides. 4. Redmoor. - Drilling to start next week. Again everyone was very positive about the exciting potential. 5. Corporate: John confirmed to the Chairman and to shareholders that we have sufficient cash for all planned activities and even for normal contingency issues at Leigh Creek leading up to production. Lots of ongoing news flow expected over the next 6 months. Directors with "skin in the game", confirmed they remain anti dilution and aligned with shareholders to drive value. Costs are closely managed and strategy is well thought through. Remains low risk for an AIM stock due to cashflow My take: - The stock is clearly oversold and currently represents good value as weak holders have left depressing the price. Hope that is accurate & fair.

Hi John Great to be talking about something different. Any shareholder can attend and will be more than welcome to do so. If your shares are held in Nominees , say with Hargreaves Lansdown or the like, you will need to ask them to provide you with a letter confirming your holding. Bring that on the day. I would also personally let Yellow Jersey know in their capacity as Managers of Investor Relations out of courtesy, so they know how many to cater for. The current room they use isn’t that large. It is however a very nice venue. They will need to make sure they have enough biscuits!! Hope to meet you.

Thanks for your kind comments but the main protangist was Nov31. I was very happy to support him of course. As you say the meeting was a success as it was totally focussed on discussing this sole issue. It lasted about 1 hour and all aspects were thoroughly discussed. At no time did the Co. try to close the debate down. The views of shareholders were clearly articulated. The Meeting was held in the NOMAD’s Office. The approach was collectively agreed with posters in advance to be the best way forward. Nov. communicated the outcome and as far as I know no one felt further actions were required. As we have said many times this was dealt with and we now move on as interested shareholders in creating and benefiting from the expected value creation. This has now been done to death by a non shareholder. Please let’s close this discussion.

Sorry my mistake, I meant to say Options. I have explained how shareholder democracy worked here. That requires no further comment. Up to individuals if the want to attend the AGM and vote on resolutions or of course do vote by Proxy. I can’t see that there is anything more to say on this issue.

So you are arry who doesn’t even own a single share. If you go back in time Nov put the proposition to shareholders that we should meet the Directors and express the disquiet of investors that the Options had no stretch and the bonus was eating before the guests. That was communicated to them very clearly at the NOMAD’s Office in London in January .Shareholders appeared at the time to be entirely happy with the two of us representing their views. As a result the Directors took on board shareholders concerns and tried to help by issuing the RNS about future bonuses. Nov reported back and there was no disent at the time, in fact the opposite. All done very democratically. The matter was then closed. Point made ....we move on. It cost us money & time but we were happy to do it as we felt the points needed to be made but not as nauseum of course. You are not representative as you didn’t comment at the time on the outcome as far as I know- everyone accepted the outcome and in any event you own no shares. We collected details of the number of shares owned , which shareholders were pleased to share with us to underpin the weight of our message. Collectively we held a considerable percentage. The issue is closed. Attend the AGM having bought some shares & vote as you wish.

Happy to meet you in4cedros at the AGM and introduce myself. I invest in a number of shares like SUS, GVC, PLUS, PSN, TW., SSPG, etc. AAU is just one of my smaller cap. stocks I hold. I have no attachment or affiliation with any of the shares I invest in. Just a punter like everyone else! With the smaller stocks I do like to get a bit closer to the story and who the director's are to satisfy myself that I'm wisely invested. Management is perhaps one of the most important criteria to a successful investment, I'm sure you will agree. Hope that helps.

I hear your concern but the Bank loan is not on Ariana's balance sheet. It is on Zenit's. That loan will be repaid in large part by early 2020, so that risk is diminishing each month as repayments are made. The finance for Tavsan is expected to be a similar type Bank facility (so not an equity issue) and is relatively small - I believe c. $20m for the J.V. With J.V. production rising to 50,000 ozs plus this should be very easy to service. It may rise to 25,000 ozs next year from Kepez & who knows what Kizicular could add. Yes the full drill programme at Salinbas is likely to cost a few million and would need additional funding. But as Michael de Villiers has said there are a number of options. His recent steady purchases would perhaps indicate he is not concerned about dilution. The Scoping Study for Tavsan gave us an IRR of 80%, so a very attractive return on capital. Obviously the Feasibility Study for Tavsan due out early 2019, will provide a more robust set of numbers. But with a single mine it is right to be aware and consider the risks. Gold obviously can be volatile at times , but with costs so low and the margin so big, I'm pretty relaxed on that front.

I have to confess that I am Roco from iii. I have been a poster for years on the sites and set them up originally with different handles to avoid confusion. Perhaps that wasn't necessary. Nothing underhand of course. I use Plasybryn on ADVFN. I am a long term investor in Ariana Resources (probably 8 years) although accumulated most of my shares sub 1p. I have every confidence in the Co. & the directors and believe they now have a well articulated strategy that is really starting to pay dividends (not literally!) I was at the May meeting and sat on the right hand side near the front & asked lots of questions! I hope to attend the AGM.

Can we encourage Dic & others to come over to LSE or of course ADVFN. I can’t fathom iii & not prepared to waste my time trying too.

The point is the opinion of shareholders was formally presented to three Ariana Board Directors and the NOMAD. The Co agreed to that meeting and about an hour was spent discussing how investors perceived it. In reality the Directors were never going to reverse their decision. That would have given a very weak signal in any event, but they agreed to the compromise which I think was a result and a "win win". Shareholders at the time accepted it and many large shareholders were entirely happy with the outcome. It is history now. The Co. moves forward and continues to perform, in fact exceeding plan each quarter. The future is bright and I'm sure a new band of shareholders will join the throng over the next six months. Arry doesn't own any shares and refuses to put his concerns directly to the Co. There have been many opportunities over the last six months. His message is boring, repetitive and out of touch with the majority.

Be careful- arry doesn’t own a single share in Ariana. He seems to have a beef or perhaps a chip. We seen them many times before trolling sites. That issue was addressed by shareholders & the point was made in January. We move on. Today’s news is very positive imo, and I’m happy to focus on share price performance.

What has happened to the iii site B.B.? Why can’t they leave things alone. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!

Did anyone see we were mentioned in The Mail yesterday in their Market section? Very positive . That will certainly raise our profile. Now we are into our AGM month (late June) so the Annual Report & Accounts will be out soon. Then July we have the next Quarterly. Every month in real terms our value increases as the loan is repaid. Just over 18 months to go now and the JV is debt free. Lots of news to look forward too on Tavsan developments in H2 etc.
