Did you have a fair value? I thought it would be between 3 & 4p. That seems to be playing out.

As John has rightly said , I don’t do conflict either. We are hopefully all in this together for one reason only and that is to increase our wealth. Bring it on.

I feel as though I have done this to death but just one last time.
I along with another poster represented a large number of shareholders who registered with us, who felt annoyed about the options/bonus issue. We then arranged a meeting in London at the Co’s Nomads’ offices and together grilled the Directors for the best part of an hour expressing the strongly felt dissatisfaction.
All the Directors were there and they listened to our concerns. It was agreed by those we represented that that was acceptable and appropriate action. It did not call for anything further. Our collective points of view had been made, the Directors acknowledged a small change in the next RNS and that was that.
We are adults and move on. If you still didn’t like it you had the choice to sell.
Finished. Put to bed. Done & dusted. Nothing to be gained by constantly bringing it up.
But please note I’m not protective of the Directors, but I am of my Investment!

Well done you. Let’s hope we all do rather well out of Ariana. I’ve held shares in the Co at least 8 years, but got most of mine when it dropped to below 1p, although my average is around the current price.
I would like another ten bagger. Haven’t had one for a few years!

One does get the feeling that the word might be slowly leaking out. I would have thought that experts in the field
of gold mining who can draw more than I can from Kerim’s excellent analysis, will be starting to prick up their ears.

Some of us have had a lot of confidence in Kerim and his team to deliver something extra ordinary for a long time. I am thinking that moment is suddenly within reach. It might still take up to 2 years to really drive out the sort of value we all want, but that’s ok with me. The Hot Gold. Corridor could of course deliver a lot sooner than that if we have a bit of luck on our side.

Thank you John. That is a great summary and represents a lot of hard work which is much appreciated. You got some interesting new comments as well:-
1. Three times costs - well done very good question.
2. Only Kizilcukur subject to an option. I assume they weren't specific about the I.F.S.
3. Kiziltepe - heap leaching for poor quality ore stored. Interesting. Am I right in thinking this is the process they will need for Tavsan idc, so perhaps good preparation.
4. Road diversion complete. Excellent.
5. New mining law!
6. Tavsan - do you think they will reintroduce the Gantt/Work programme chart slide covering expected milestones for all the projects? Shame nothing on Reserve/Resource study which was originally due end of 2018, but must be 2019 now.
7. Tavsan - E.I. A late 2019. New news I think.
8. Salinbas - interest from 3rd parties still being received - great.
9. Salinbas permits - feedback here on permits not very specific, but perhaps they just don't know.

Right now we have the Research Note, have a look at page 6 "Ariana Valuation Matrix".
You'll see that P.G. have used a 10% discount at Gold $1200.
But this understates our position.
Because of the silver element, as we know, the effective gold price has been $1434, $1404, & in the latest quarter $1334.
So using the matrix that gives us a Share price closer to 3.5p. A lot better than 2.82p, the headline target.

Hi Biggles & Aim_Trader. Thanks for the link. I agree with Steve it was great to revisit the Mariana story. Luckily I was part of that.
According to Glen they spent $3m on Hot Maden drilling and we are looking to spend $1.5m initially in our Phase 1 & Phase 11 programmes. It is amazing how quickly Mariana went from obscurity to fame. Those Hot Maden Breccia pipe discoveries, which we have now also found on Nour assets, and are ready to be explored, delivered astonishing results.Just look at that presentation and study the numbers.
Can we replicate it? Even if we found something 25% as good as Mariana we'd all be very happy and a lot wealthier. The time for a strategic partner or similar to come in means you are unlikely to have much time to accumulate shares once such an announcement is made. OK there are still risks, but don't you think the likelihood of replicating what Mariana found at Hot Maden are stacked in our favour? I'm really looking forward to 2019. Hope we get some feedback from attendees at this week's Corporate/Shareholder event

Yes they are outside their control but they should know by now how they are progressing and will hopefully have an idea when they can be expected. We want them before or when the snows melt so they can commence Phase 1 of the drill programme without delay. They can do a section of drilling having a small permit I understand but this won’t get us far. I understand the permits have been granted at a local level but we now need the central Presidential sign off.
Hopefully 2019 with its 10,000 metre drill programme is going to give everyone a much greater understanding of the Salinbas potential which is the issue you want answered. A few great results could soon lead us down the Mariana Resources outcome! Here’s hoping. Watch Kerim’s body language when you talk about Salinbas potential.

I totally agree with your summary of the Co’s performance- we mustn’t overlook that. It doesn’t just happen but represents hard work, professionalism and a lot of expertise. Hats off to them imo.
They have over delivered as you say and that won’t go unnoticed.

Hi desertjo - obviously I accept I expected the SP to be double where it is today, and I think the Directors also expected it to be a lot stronger by now. But we are not alone. Most shares in our sector have all struggled. AAZ is one of the few exceptions and I agree perhaps that would be a better yielder than TW. Builders might continue also to struggle although longer term I again think they will be fine.

Just to add, I am of opinion that Ariana is at a very exciting point in its development. Perhaps 2019 will indeed be transformational. With so many class projects all coming to fruition and hopefully delivering exponentially value in the near term, this is surely why we have seen Directors take the opportunity to add to their stash of shares, particularly Michael de Villiers (Chairman) of course.
With oil prices falling and gold hopefully recovering in 2019 we will see even wider margins, although Kiziltepe must be one of the most profitable mines anywhere given costs below $400 even with a bit of road building.!!
It surely can’t be long before the market wakes up. Hopefully we might also hear this week what Panmure Gordon are up to attracting new Institutional Investors.
