Manning thermal imaging cameras in shopping malls is unlikely. They are also retailers- not manufacturers, with no special knowledge of medically regulated equipment ( by FDA, MHRA etc) deployed for a social purpose beyond airports/ports

Mike- the lockdown in Accra and Kumasi is due to be extended to three weeks in total. This will be v challenging for a poor country. There will be a backlog at the port, essential items only cleared, absenteeism, severe congestion with permits required, banks closed etc

IMHO port traffic is not at a record volume
