I may be well wrong with this idea but there appears to be a news black out at both companies with both companies market caps at about equilibrium. I'm guessing but I think that's what the boards want to merge the 2 companies together on a like for like basis .If this is the case we will be diluted as there will be a big placing to fund the new company fir a year but if thats what it's going to take to get the news flowing from both sides then let's get it done ASAP as we're going no where with this or CGNR with both companies going to really struggle to raise further funds now Prof has passed.all imho .

This will be down over 10% 1st thing in the morning with shorts looking to move in. All the grades so far have been uneconomical Demir cut their losses and walked away there is absolutely no way on present data that anyone will even give this a second glance .All invested have done their money lights out bar a miracle in 2025.
