10bagger is calling this exactly spot on let's face it some wealthy 90+ gentleman isn't going to be bothered about losing a few quid on an appeal at the supreme court he's old hat and it's principal and to do what he thinks is right is all that counts its not about the money at his age so imo an appeal is 99% on the cards .Therefore this will drag well into 2025 when yet another placing will be required I'm not expecting any material news or a chest of Blue diamonds being found at Kuhmo so it's likely a placing around 0.75P is on the cards that's if another share consolidation hasn't taken place by then .I don't think Prof will be letting existing shareholders in on the deal either !

I think it's about time my dreaded and very feared Skeletons of Death came out of the cupboard and paid this landowner in his 90s a visit !

If Prof makes a fair offer of compensation then they won't appeal and we can get this show on the road .He obviously

Doesn't want to get this moving just concentrating on how to crash the sp with 35% discounted placings and poor compensation packages that people are unhappy with and therefore quite rightly become obstructive and keep appealing .We are in a dire situation on the brink of complete total wipeout you would think conroy would be doing everything possible to resolve this fairly .But it's a lifestyle company so why bother do anything at all !

We are in big trouble if there is an appeal and think it fair to say shareholders will be wiped out as this plummets towards 0.5P .Northern Ireland is light years away even Prof played it down in his last interview saying very early stages so rule that one out .Kuhmo is like looking for a needle in a haystack and we are no nearer to finding the source than we were 5-10 years ago we simply don't have the funds or the resource to progress this beyond waffle and jam tomorrow so rule that out aswell .Indeed the future of this company all rests on the permit in 5 weeks and should we be denied this I'm sorry to say that as far as shareholders are concerned the Fat Lady Will be Singing make no mistake about that.

I'm afraid it might be boring but it's true don't think there's been one rns of any material value to the sp since the rio rns nearly 10 years ago .The sp is an absolute disgrace you'd be lucky to get 1.3P now for any size and who's fault is it CON Roy's two 35%+ discounted placings next one will be 0.5P !! and shareholders wiped out permanently.

I would expect the sp to be nearer 1P by the end of the week British B**** have just changed their recommendation to SHORT .What an absolute disaster.

Share price reflects just that we have absolutely nothing that's why people are dumping large amounts currently at 1.45P ! Can't be good news as here comes the sub 1P crash SP dictates it's all over !

More delays more sub 1P placings more BS .No nearer to getting the permit now than they were this time last year .Wrote this investment off last year nothings changed.

I don't think there's going to be any good news the situation is extremely grim and as Yogi1 correctly said on the cgnr thread why do a placing if you're about to announce a deal with a major !

I can't see it getting much above 2.5P there's an overhang as big as Mount Everest anyone trying to cash in especially 1 5P places will soon get swatted by the market makers.If a JV is announced possibly 6P so the 3P warrants can be exercised but then back to 3P as everyone sells .Anyone as sick of this stock as I am will be selling as another 20 years wait for Kuhmo and NI is just a non starter ..

The KDR share price is being kept deliberately low here for a significant reason which I believe is because we are going to see an all paper offer for kdr from cgnr extremely soon,the income from the diamonds at Lahtojoki can then fund cgnr mining operations in Ireland. There will then be a JV at CGNR to take on the gold diamond zinc copper and platinum operations .Its going to start getting very interesting here very soon.

What a complete and utter shambles write off or whatever you want to call it just over 3 weeks to court case result and the bids at an all time historic low and they're still selling .

It's not going to be any easy task raising funds when your JV partner has just walked away I've no doubt they will but at what price ?KDR could only manage 1.5P and its supposed to be a possible moonshot stock so what price here ?
