I would agree we may have a stay of execution here I can't see the landowner waiting until day 60 being Friday to appeal .How will this effect us the 3 points sent back to the authorities is still to be decided if there's no appeal can the permit be issued before these 3 points are resolved ? If not it could still take months ???

Mr 10bagger has some very valid points if this is the landowner who wanted 10 million it's highly likely to go backwards and forwards like a ping pong ball kdr can't afford big compensation it has limited finances if this landowner gets a bigger payout does that apply to all of them ? This is highly damaging to the sp and the company the longer it goes the more we get diluted what's the next raise sub 1P ? This is going to the supreme court imo I may be wrong but I think that decision is final with no option of appeal .Outcome will probably be this time next year so bottom draw the share certificates it's going to be a rough ride.

Around 17 days left and no sign of any appeal so far.It should be all systems go here in 3 weeks if it isn't very serious questions need to be asked at the AGM in 10 weeks time as the current sp and situation is completely unacceptable.

Further more as the market dictates that both companies are a write off it's up to the company to prove otherwise what did CON roy say on stockbox when the sp was around 24P something along the lines of we need to do something about that and later we are in a position to do something about that now and what have they done exactly apart from nothing as per usual .Conroys nearly 91 and I wish him well however should he really be ruling the roost here anymore time to let someone else take the reigns imo.

I'm afraid DS is right unless Prof CON roy has a deal JV lined up that involves both KDR and CGNR which can't be reported on until the appeal process expires at KDR in 29 days .There is a news blackout at both companies which might be significant or of course might not but worth of consideration
