I think news leaked around 15:30 someone bought 500K then 5 minutes later someone bought £20,000 worth followed by further large trades .The company might have sent Mondays 7am RNS to the stock exchange this afternoon someone got wind of it and there you go .We will find out Monday morning.

Thank you infinityx for your post which I support and agree with in full .What I think shareholders should now focus on is damage limitation in the event we end up at the AGM with no JV a further discounted placing and the usual BS of Jam Tomorrow. Oh how I chuckle at mcmorons comments an exciting year for kdr hmmm what the dickens is that moron on about a 0.6P SP hmmm do me a favour .In order for shareholders to recoup some of their capital I'm afraid there has to be drastic action .In the event it becomes very clear that there will be no JV and Maureen et all is just stringing shareholders along to pick up their salaries then an EGM has to be called to remove them all from the board and appoint a temporary board to sell the company .It could attract a bid of around £10 million currently 5P per share based on all its licences and the Lahtojoki mining permit cash to be returned to shareholders. Personally I think this will probably be the only solution to realise some value as the company is currently going no where fast apart from down the pan.

Very nice 800K buy just before the close news of a JV here and the sp will explode because that's all that is holding this back from unlocking the value and potential here.

Probably a merger between CGNR and KDR is going to happen here in the next 3 months so they need to keep a lid on both sp .No news at cgnr and a placing here backed up with cathal talking the jv down for 6 months achieving the desired effect TR1 major shareholders selling possibly walking right into the trap.
