I thought Prof looked a bit gaunt and very tired in the latest interview I think kdr will be sold next year leaving the Prof to enjoy his retirement Finnish line in sight imo.

Death Standing on cgnr is expecting the Prof to announce his retirement at the AGM I think it could be on the cards

Prof just seemed to waffle presenter looked bored didn't think the prof looked himself either hope he's ok and up to facing angry shareholders from cgnr and kdr in 3 weeks !

I admire your optimism Hooops and obviously hope you're right unfortunately the recent placing imo just smacks desperation in the face couldn't even raise at 2.5P without the BOD stumping up half the cash ! so much for Kuhmo and Lahtojoki they must be worthless!

No doubt the Kuhmo results will be played down as dull as dishwater .This year's AGM is going to be one that Professor Conroy is going to want to forget .Of course there is nothing shareholders can do about it apart from vent their anger at the BOD and vote against their re elections which is what I will be doing .

Why would you place at 2.5P why is there never any news on kdr diamond projects why are news releases always never ever aimed at delivering positive news to lift the sp infact they always result in the opposite .All this is purely and simply to keep the sp as low as possible why ?

Who did the 18% go to who took the 6 million shares at 2.5P? these are conroys inner circle of investors. Conroys family and friends would be made for life from an mbo if the diamonds are there .Imo Conroy went one step too far with the 2.5P placing it confirms without any shadow of a doubt the company wants the sp as low as it possibly can or the companies a dud a 100% life style company and couldn't raise anything above 2.5P without the BOD stumping up half the funds to get it away !

What's to say they are just using CGNR to ensure 8% of the vote ?

They will be doing an mbo for 15P then in 2 years the shares will be worth £15 !! Seen it all many times before sp will remain above 8P for 5 days cgnr top up and with the directors cgnr and the inner circles holding will have enough votes to get it through .What other reason can there be for wanting the sp in the trash can all the time and never updating on projects and all announcements pretty dull ?

If the company was going to be sold for a substantial sum then there was no need to to do a 33% discounted placing what's a couple of pence if it's going to be sold for pounds .

Nope I think they are setting this up for an mbo on the cheap get rid of the shareholders and pocket the lot for themselves and that's the reason why they want the share price as low as possible and will do anything it takes to keep it low.

Nothing but a coincidence imo Conroy is no nearer to doing a deal with Rio or any other company for that matter than I am at winning the lottery !

I agree hooops deserves a break all the effort time and money invested here .The problem is if the next Kuhmo update is like the last two updates and the cans just kicked down the road another year and Lathojokis disappeared off the face of the earth I think we are just about finished.

I don't think NI will be commercial Conroy recently all singing beeming and dancing on stockbox very excited and all that b....x hasn't come back to boast about the results I remember the presenter saying looking forward to the results Richard. If they knew they had a world class find he would have been on .

I'm beginning to think he had to subscribe to the 2.5P placing along with the good Dr Sorca to even get it away at 2.5P the alternative being lights out ! I'm probably wrong time will tell but rather than feathering their own nests they've bailed us out ! If Khumo was the next Diamond Province there would be a queue a mile long to buy shares !! they certainly wouldn't have to crash the sp on what's now looking like a desperate attempt to raise funds .

Hi Fairview yes we got absolutely kicked in the teeth by CON ROY 33% discount nearly as good as halving the share price all this after that barsteward bs on stockbox about how exciting everything was the constant tweets about the copper et all just a joke mate this guy is so out of his sell by date it's untrue.I think hooops came over to the CGNR board as a genuine guy just giving warning over CON roy as I've known Hoops on the bb for years and the guy is genuine trust me.What doesn't appear to be genuine is that CON Roy t*** and I think that's what hooops is trying to warn you about .Be careful hope you have more luck than us.

CONroys done us all over like Kippers and crashed the share price 33% in one easy swoop .Utter disregard for shareholders who have supported him for 20 years he should be punished and removed from the BOD.

Always go with your gut instinct you said you might sell some Mozax after the 2 dud news releases you now know you should have done.

No news for a month that's 100% certain so the sp is likely to drift back towards 2P news could then come leading up to the AGM if it doesn't or its just the usual jam tomorrow BS the AGM could be a very nasty affair after today's news.

I can't understand why the raise was so low sp hasn't been 2.5P for 3 months the only thing I can think of is there was no interest appetite for the shares other than at 2.5P and the BOD had to buy nearly half of them to get the placing away even at 2.5P.Not looking good imo or you could argue the recent news releases that no one's been impressed with were geared and written to do just that get the sp down so they could get away with a 2.5P placing who knows but I'm just absolutely fed up with it been in this years and it's just a story of one dissapointment after another rinse and repeat.

Disgraceful life style company with nothing but disregard for its shareholders 2.5P that puts us right back to square one .

No increase in holding the holding remains the same but has gone under 3% due to there being 600000 more shares in issue from the warrants

No announcements pleeeese the share price will go down !

Can't say I was very impressed with the announcements last week either typical style of this company .It's going to be a long time now before anything gets going again in Finland as Mozax has pointed out its nearly winter really dissapointing Ito say the least .
