Im not laughing far from it .This piece of s××t is valued at less than a million quid because of Maureen Jones and Brendan Mcmorrow doing absolutely nothing apart from using this to finance their life styles by doing bucket jobs.

A disgrace to the core vote these barstewards off the board at this years AGM after they have delivered nothing this year.

Unless there is work going on behind the scenes that shareholders are not aware of I can only assume rightly or wrongly that this is a life style company and weve all been taken for one big ride .

Because its been abandoned by the bod what evidence is there to support this ? No news on any progress in over a year .IMO the directors made a decision to leave this and concentrate 100% on CGNR for 3 reasons.

1 The Gold price is soaring diamond prices have collapsed therefore far easier to attract investmemt

2 Finnish authorities dragging out the compensation hearing with still no end in sight .

3NI significant delays due to having surrendered the licences.

Question is are they going to let it rot just do another bucket job and hope for the best or concentrate 100% on KDR instead of CGNR ?

Their plan is probably to stick with the broker they have already got so they can do another -30% Bucket job to keep the lights on then sit back and do nothing for another 6 months and just hope a white knight turns up at Lathojoki

This will happen if the next fund raise is not by a placing .If we can manage to raise say £250K by a convertible loan note the sp will rise like it did at CGNR further funds could then be raised via the warrants.This would buy us 6 months to find a jv for Lahtojoki NI and Kuhmo drilling results this would almost certainly re rate the sp .

1501190 sell at 0.5P is either a naked short or forward selling a placing both are illegal and punishable by either jail or very large fines.

Another 460K fictitous shares that dont exist sold .At this rate the sp will be below the nominal value of 0.25P per share meaning the company wont be able to do any placing and will go bust so there wont be any AGM next year just a funeral !

When they actually do something rather than nothing all year and there is something to talk about rather than Bull 💩 and waffle to string shareholders along until the next bucket job a few if us might turn up !

Why an earth would i waste even more money on going to the AGM .Share price at an all time low and no news for a year apart from 2 placings that have wiped us out .The only reason i can think of for going is to knock Brendans head off .
