Looks like a write off bod decided imo in late 2024 to abandon this and concentrate 100% on CGNR reason Gold Price soaring Diamonds off a cliff the bod knew they would get investment in CGNR and they did they also knew they wouldnt in KDR and they havnt Seamus Fitzpatrick resigned as a result .I strongly suspect they are struggling to even get a placing away at 0.35P as the usual suspects wont be interested as there is no room down for them to operate their usual spread betting profit making scheme.They either call it a day and sell the licences and mining permit which they currently cant until the final compensation matters are concluded or the sister company does a rescue package bar these two options its light out imo.

Hoops last Tr1 rns reported a 9% holding you only need to notify if you go below 9% or go to 10%+ so hoops would need to buy 1.96 million more shares before notifying

Lets assume that Maureen Brendan and Cathal have spent the last 8 months trying to secure Finance and a JV they probably have to be fair but have not been successful due to majors and mid tier miners shunning the diamond market due to very depressed prices.As a result NO News.

Now they kept the bucket spread betting broker so its over to them to raise funds but unfortunately that isnt going to be easy either assuming the usual 30% discount would mean the placing price is 0.35P which doesnt fit with the mechanism used by those who buy the shares because there isnt enough room down to place short spread bets and make a profit .So CMC wont have any appetite for the shares so now what ??

I an only assume from this that the hearing went ahead in Autumn last year as planned and the company have not informed the stock exchange and their shareholders of the outcome which they have a duty to do .Maureen Jones is walking on egg shells here breaking the rules making misleading statements to the stock exchange and could end up in very serious trouble along with being sued by shareholders for losses arising from her failure as a managing director

Right ok it looks very much like weve lost.It was always a gamble and losing is part of gambling.The reason why weve lost is there is no way in this diamond market any prospective partner is going to come up with the £50 million capex required to take Lahtojoki forward.We are not going to drill Kuhmo as promised so that entity remains unknown .Theyve kept the bucket spread betting broker so they can do amother raise around 0.3P to keep the lights on and hope for a miracle ...it wont happen.

What can happen is shareholders collectively can demand a sale of the company or a sale of its parts .Ni Licences All diamond licences and Lahtojoki permit could raise 10 million minus its debts we could get 3P per share which would put most people here out with a small profit .

Once theyve done the inevitable 0.3P placing shareholders need to take immediate action the bod either put the for sale sign up or they are removed and one is put up for them the alternative is lose the lot its in the hands of the major shareholders money back or nothing

The fact that there has been no news of any progress what so ever and this now running on fumes is of extreme and grave concern .After holding the permit for 8 months and a drilling programme that should have started and not a hoot is pitiful an insult and total disregard for its shareholders.My grave concern is that they put this into administration and then let the interested parties like vultures pick up the pieces from the receivers and reep the rewards .Ive been in this game a long time and have seen this happen many times before .Take a look at Jones 1 minute interview just look at how uncomfortable she looked I also thought Cathal looked uneasy in the last stock box interview.Are we 100% sure the bod have our interests as their 100% priority or are we about to get done over .As Yogi1 has said this radio silence is just not right and they ate right infact it stinks.

There wont be any news this year imo .A bucket job placing around 0.4P is just around the corner followed by a routine set of interims and then nothing until the prelims end of November .If this happens which is very likely imo we are finished and very severe consequences should be faced by the bod

I will be reporting these trades to the serious fraud office if a bucket job turns up in the next few days .

This is finished really sucks as it had such potential pity thw management had other ideas and just used it as a lifestyle conpany

This is just 1 big con imho just a life style company thats why there is never any news .The fools that still have hope will soon have no hope left when absolutely nothing happens this year apart from a bucket job maybe then even they will finally get the message .

Just an endless supply of stock now betting 1/6 a bucket job to keep the lights on .

All these sells im hearing can only be from one legitimate source due to no TR1 holding announcements .They are being sold by the executors of Profs will on behalf of the Beneficiaries who have granted the executor with instructions to sell .
