It is very frustrating this waiting game isnt it? . Whilst not in same league as the arc potential transaction, i had a lot of to ing and fro ing with a house sale last year. I ended up having a frank conversation with the buyer and asked do you ******* want this house or not??! I feel a same conversation needs to be had here with this commercial transaction and our assets!

One of the parties have had well over 2 years to make up their mind....

Yes manx very frustrating. On the investor call it was inferred that the had some info relating to the survey at that time , but perhaps wasnt finalised. I took it that it was only going to be another couple of weeks... I sincerely hope information (good or bad) is communicated when it is available and soon!!

Plus its often helpful to get broker to call mm for prices when dealing above normal market size.

Sometimes online platforms dont work when there's a fast market.... so to purchase or sell stock it has to be done over the phone....

Just rung for price from broker... currently well bid from 3.95-3.9. Apparently Berenberg bidding for over 3m at 3.9 which sounds v good if true.

Obviously limits and prices subject to change.

Just got a price from broker who requested quote from mms on the rsp (broker/mm quoting system).

Even though bid off 10bps, there was 1 mm bidding for 300k at 2.83 and another bidding for 500k at 2.81.

On the other side (offer) 250k at 2.87 and 150k at 2.88.

Obviously these limits and prices change all the time but nice to see buying support at these levels.

Hi Seis. I did wonder if shorting activity was going on in some way but the short tracker didnt have anything to note.

People are dutybound to notify if they are 0.1pc or more short of a companys issued share capital.

If you type into google "fca short positions", the excel spreadsheet comes up with daily net short positions over xx amount and allows one to see which stocks which are being heavily shorted.

Interesting price action T... just rang up for price on broker quote machine (RSP) and the selling price is currently higher than buying price...

Obviously helped by that 1m print at 2.5 first thing.

I guess my point was that there was a legal challenge and it didnt stop the transaction going through although it did take a bit of time to resolve.

Interesting you mention this re: a major not interested.

Mastercard recently acquired wameja (wja) and after their offer came, there was a potential indemnity claim against wja.... didnt stop that going through....

Wameja (LSE: WJA.L & ASX: WJA.AX), a joint venture partner with Mastercard in the HomeSend global payment hub, provides the following update regarding the Scheme of Arrangement ("Scheme") proposed under the Scheme Implementation Agreement ("SIA") with Burst Acquisition Co. Pty. Ltd, a company controlled by Mastercard ("Mastercard"), as announced on 10 September 2020 ("Announcement").

Potential Indemnity Claim

Seamless Distribution Systems AB ("Seamless"), the purchaser under the sale and purchase agreement for the sale of Wameja's core business that completed on 25 July 2019 ("SPA") has given notice of a potential claim under the indemnity given by Wameja to Seamless in respect to licences for third party intellectual property utilised by Botswana Telecommunications Corporation Limited, as a user of eServGlobal's "Paymobile" platform ("Notice of Potential Third Party Claim"). The Notice of Potential Third Party Claim has not been particularised by Seamless, but following its own investigations, Wameja is confident that there is no exposure under the relevant indemnity, or any other provision within the SPA, for a claim in respect to third party licences relevant to Botswana Telecommunications Corporation Limited.

Scheme of Arrangement

The Notice of Potential Third Party Claim has resulted in discussions between Wameja and Mastercard regarding the implications of that potential claim on the Scheme (having regard to the terms and conditions of the SIA). To facilitate the appropriate consideration of those implications, Wameja and Mastercard have agreed to a short extension to the indicative transaction timetable for the Scheme that was set out in the Announcement.

Ivans. This is very frustrating indeed and whilst we appear to have bought a new asset on sensible terms (price wise), I am not happy that new stock has been raised and (from what many have said) appears to have been dumped in an illiquid market, which has had the effect on nailing our market cap...

On a serious note. We all look for bargains in the supermarket 2 for 1s etc... stock market works the same way... at 2.7p allows one to buy more shares than at 5p for same money...

This may prove to be ill timed or a silly choice but for me happy to take the risk.

It is very frustrating and my pf has taken a big hit.

This selling is relentless and has been done in such a clumbsy way imo. I do wonder why the BoD or brokers havent tried to place the line of stock away to clear the seller out.

I would love to know who owns what as its been such a long time since our last TR1notification and 100s of millions of shares have changed hands in that period of time.

Caddy. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. I have added multiple times trying to pick the bottom (failed!!).

We are where we are and no way am i selling at these levels as frustrating as it is.

Nvs still has a huge holding in this so it reassures me that his interests are aligned to mine. The one thing which does frustrate me is the comms and timings from the company. He is paid very well as an exec and now we need him to show us his value add to our company (i do personally have faith).

Over 9m for the day bodes well.
