Picked up some of these today as a punt. Quick q,why has mp sold all his stock given he was a buyer at much higher prices? I dont get it?

I will say this though, what a missed opportunity with world watching to showcase a deal.

F - thumbs up last post from me. Was a flippant question on my part. Of course i much prefer us listed for a whole host of reasons - the main one being a liquidity point!. I was stuck for some years in one company which eventually got bought out at a nice premium to where it delisted.took a while though!

As soon as no update this am it was highly predictable seeing money taken off the table.

I am still in hope of a desired outcome before end of indaba.

Seis i do trust the BoD, hence why im invested- i wouldnt change them for the world. But as a shareholder you have the right to challenge/question things. If jv gets signed soon enough then all is well in the world and i will be amongst the first to congratulate.

Thought of the day for you. Whats the point in being listed (and incurring the associated annual listing fees, NOMAD costs etc) if you arent going to use it? Many believe Aim needs newsflow, pr, updates to work effectively.

I do believe that value will ein in the end, but i wont keep quiet if i think things can be improved upon. Dont forget NVS is paid a v good remu package by arc and he also has time to be a NED on another company... surely it wont take much to add a few comments on the interim statement (as an example). Thats all im saying mate.

So ruffles (who many believe their every word) pointed out on 16 December (nearly 2 months ago) 'Bots assay en route' (with a present emoji).

The company also included in a september rns with 'reports of visible sulphide mineralisation observed in the initial holes drilled through the contact.'

Do the company not have an update on this whether we are due the results shortly or we expect them xxx? It was nearly 4-5 months ago!! Are the results coming by horse and cart?

Please note the 29 sept interims - just the numbers and no chairman statement or supporting commentary - didnt like that one imo. So yes NVS chose not to update us on things/forward looking statement at that juncture.

Sorry seis but here we are 2 days from an exclusivity agreement due to expire and we dont know whether it will be signed/extended/cancelled. You telling me they dont know what the hell is happening?

Huge missed opportunity this morning imo... it still doesnt affect the outcome which will hopefully come our way, but lack of newsflow is bloody annoying. We have 2 brokers on the payroll and i have no idea what sashas role is in all of this....

Whats happening with tingo? Whats happening with gold asset? Wheres the bots assay results?

So many things they could update us on but for whatever reason choose not to. Yet other companies like ars doing proactive investor interviews etc...

Look at section 1 LSML... so key is when was the 'application submitted' is the main question...... if december then its not beyond the bounds of reason to say early march. If that is the case then we should be told about this and not labour under the mistaken impression it will be sooner.

Im hoping given how long this has been going on that it will take much less than this. Everything is set up nicely for indaba and i really really hope im right.

Re: the expiry date of jv. I saw a comment yesterday about 74 days for award of LSML from date of application. If what you say is true Seis and the date of application was around 21st? / 23rd? Dec, then that would take us to march 6/7 approx. I'm wondering if this is why some of the selling activity has come from over the last day or so (short term punters).

Granted that this is now in the hands of senior people in government, so could happen sooner, but it will be bloody annoying if we have to extend again. Hopefully im wrong and this will be the last push. All eyes are on indaba and imo would look fantastic for all parties if this was sorted before indaba.

As i understand it once an offer letter issued, then theres an approx 2 week window to collect the license.

Feel free to correct any of the above if wrong.

Seis. Thats my thoughts too. If they dont get it sorted before indaba, it will be an open goal missed imo. All the indaba stuff im seeing is 'where deals are made' etc.

I hope that our timescale of 7th/8th does not get extended again.
