"Arc has extended the exclusivity period under the Letter Agreement (the "Agreement") with Anglo Exploration Zambia Ltd ("Anglo") to 8 February 2023..."

Extension of Exclusivity Agreement

Arc Minerals announces that, following the re-opening of the Zambian Mining Cadastre office on 19 October 2022, the Cadastre published a schedule that it will start receiving new applications for licenses from 21 November 2022. As a result of the Cadastre process and this new timeline Arc has extended the exclusivity period under the Letter Agreement (the "Agreement") with Anglo Exploration Zambia Ltd ("Anglo") to 8 February 2023, pursuant to which the parties intend to form a joint venture with respect to the Company's copper projects located in the North-Western province of Zambia (the "Joint Venture"). The Companies are working to finalise and sign the proposed Joint Venture documents in accordance with the Agreement as soon as possible and in any event before the expiry of the extended exclusivity period. Further information on the Agreement is included in the Company's announcement of 12 May 2022.

For me this is starting to wear a bit thin.

I am and will remain invested to let this run its course. But, i would like to see a plan as to how and when we will look to start generating some free operating cashflow t/w some KPIs for the Bod imo.... i dont think this is a reasonable request for a shareholder.

Obviously fundamentals/events are key for an AIM company to do well in terms of SP performance. But newsflow/regular updates are also v v important - this cannot be underestimated.

I hope the BoD realise this. Nick should given his previous role at Anglo....

On a serious note folks. I know how good nick is and what hes done for the company - the deal hes struck is quite remarkable and relationships he has in the industry are invaluable to this company... he is undoubtly a very intelligent, astute man and wouldnt change him for the world.

I have to be honest, his presentation style does not inspire me with confidernce with all of the erm erm erms.

He is the face of the business and if hes not up to getting buy in from his presentations then for the love of god can't someone else do it?

The last couple of calls has seen sell offs on our stock whilst he has been speaking and do question if the messages could have been delivered better?

I quickly scrolled through the rns and all i could see was

"Until the signing of definitive Joint Venture documents, there can be no guarantee that Arc Minerals or any company in its group will complete any commercial transaction in relation to its Zambian assets."

Until it gets formally signed off, i cannot let myself get excited. Do i think we'll get there? YES Will i wait? YES Am i frustrated? YES!!

Ive mentioned before on here i would really like the board make an effort to get some large, long term and stable investors on board rsther than having so many 'loose' shares held by pi's.
