NB. Further to last post my 7 figure holding refers to no. of shares and not £ sterling!!

Thx wat. Was beginning to think i was a lone voice on here. I can assure you or anyone on here im a legitimate investor with a 7 figure holding. I also am in regular contact to 2 other people who both have north of 2m shares.

I just dont want to be part of another aim lifestyle company where directors feather their own nest and not give a damn about the shareholders.

I've done very well over past 20 years investing. Ive taken hits along the way, who hasnt? Maybe my nervousness here stems from been burnt by another african linked AIM company - PRG (paragon diamonds) where everything seemed to be going on smoothly... term sheets signed for finance... chairman put a couple of million of his own money... equipment was ordered for the mine operation...had really hot terms to acquire a mine in an area notorious for big stones, then wham! Finance facility was rugged and shares suspended and never came back.

Not saying anything of the like will happen here but last 18 months has re-opened my eyes with legal battles etc. I just want the licenses to be in order, anglo to finish the dd and sign and i will be a happy bunny!!

Seis, if this deal does get over the line (which i think it will btw), absolutely. The terms are truly outstanding. Until then i just cannot let myself get too excited :-)

We have experienced arguably one of biggest copper bull runs in last few years, why is our price still languishing here??

As you know market cap is no of shares x price of shares, so if our market cap (market value of our company) isnt what we believe it should be, i put it to you, who is responsible for this? And what are they doing to get our story out there to potential investors to bridge the potential gap?

I would like to see some returns from this in my lifetime!!!

If anglo deal does go ahead and we can prove what we think is there, the rest should take care of itself.

Hope you understand where im coming from. Guess im just a bit frustrated. And for the record, would i change any of the board? absolutely not. I think we have some very credible and high calibre people.

Travel. I would like to see this - shows belief in the company.

Maybe they are locked out as they possess material price sensitive info or are in a closed period?? Who knows??

But given what NVS is paid (over 200k remu package), if hes not buying any more at these levels why the f should i?

Im all for BoD being paid well if they deliver for me as a shareholder...

Haha. I just find it interesting seeing how feel for stock is behind the scenes.

Been following vcp (victoria carpets) story recently... theyve shot up over past month (excluding today) as a lot of shorters have been forced to close their positions as the loaned stock has been recalled... so basically forced buyers together with company buying shares back has contributed to a mass rally.

Always a believer value will win out, so will be interesting to see who is right - the bulls or bears.

I know of a well respected lloyds of london broker adding a few to his already sizable holding over past day or so. He tends not to buy small positions. That may have helped to clear some stock.

Interesting fulmar, thx for posting and keeping us updated and great find for the job advert. Clearly process moving along... just question of timescales which i have no idea how long, but happy to wait - been in this for over 2 years now.

Obviously prices subject to change but nice to see well bid at these levels at the mo.

Reassuring to see singers bidding for 1m at 2.95 level and berenberg bidding for 2m on the rsp.

Only 500k ish on offer at 3.09 with berenberg (bego).

Obvs this can change but good to see mms willing to take on a lot of stock at this level.

Question. Do you think at some point the company would consider share buybacks if it was awash with cash?!

Not impressed one bit with what's happening with the sp. What are the pr/broker firms doing to promote our story? Where are the investor presentations to institutions?

I dont know the answer to this question but why do we have 2 'joint' broker firms? Do we need 2?!

Its refreshing to see his attitude and engagement with people fulmar. It looks like his appointment is a popular one and i genuinely think hes trying to do the right things.
