There's more profit to come for shorts. Over long weekend continued coverage of MKS non payment. Coverage of upcoming falling from FTSE 100.

Absolutely right poker chips. An underperforming Ocado will be marked down wherever it is listed.

The trend continues. MKS update sets up a legal battle re the final payment. They expressed dissatisfaction re Ocado at several points in their results. Revenue up but profitability low at Ocado retail.

Many other issues besides this. Very content to remain short here.

"No contracts, no takeover and cash flow burnt rate high, spells sub 300p."

It really is as simple as that. Without new contracts or takeover chatter and with MKS still disputing their final payment there's little reason for any upside.

Increasing chances of an Ocado v MKS legal battle as a result of MKSs statement today. A battle that would be damaging for Ocados chances of attracting any new automated CFC contracts, which have been totally absent for over a year to date.

Agreed Sangijuelas1, As expected Ocado retail revenues increasing, profitability decrease. No resolution re the Ocado final payment. MKS have the upper hand there. I don't expect them to cave in.
