well, if they prove that there is 100/200k oz of gold down there, at £700/800 per oz at current gold prices, then that gives it a "back of fag packet profit of £80 to £160m". And 100k oz is peanuts really, so imagine if they can prove up a lot more than that.

Who cares about 0.5p anyway. The money is made if and when they say they’ve found a shed load of gold. That’s when you make a decent return for the risk taken. Ultimately, you don’t take this much risk for nothing, so for me it is about waiting to see what they have under there. I remember being in oil companies drilling offshore Scotland/North Sea. The excitement was immense and SP did 1000% within months. The same happened to UKOG which went from £10m to £150m at some point. I expect the same to happen here if there is good down there, which seems like there might be based on recent data.

Fair enough. You don’t issue a TR1 until you’re done selling though. So I expect seller has finished, hence the freedom to let this go. Happy if this get started to £1.50 before news, then we’ll above £2 after news.

we have so much news to come this month that £3 is certainly not out of the question. To be honest, if everything lines up correctly, and we get approvals, sales, agreements etc confirmed, then £3 will only be the first target. Let's see

when people realise what Alba is doing, and when this becomes front page news, then we will see the true rise here. 20% a day for a few days would do just fine, until things heat up here.
