So, can we afford to wait for the May agm, or are enough pee'd off to start the ball rolling for an egm or official meet for some questions and answers as to the managerial competence of said BoD ?

As stated earlier, the sp drip between .78 now and .82 despite low volume, seems out of character and imo (layman) points to forward selling ? But hey could be very wrong and hope I am!!!

as I understand it (happy to be corrected) its 5% of shares in issue, plus £30k for an egm

however, if share thresh hold was reached (by xyz number of holders) and funds confirmed available, for an egm, maybe an egm would not be necessary?

but more of a meeting like Align had, to voice concerns/quesions and perhaps have some light shone, in our currently very dark tunnel ?

As range has been held at .77 to .82 all week, so Im guessing a .50 ish cash raise, against about half remaining shares but would really prefer it to be positive news.... and proved wrong, sadly up till now, negatives have called it, so getting in ahead of them :(

1: why are negotiations taking so long, over boundaries.... Africa Asia Australia America's Russia Europe as pretty clean cut really

2: again, what are "individual directors" expecting from these advancements to phase 3 and beyond ? imo not so clear cut and probably the stumbling block?

Fwiw I think if tests are supposedly 20 mil ish, then you need to add a further 3 mil a year for admin/sal etc, so nigh on double 20 to 40? Hopefully this is still pocket change to most?

Having been personally watching this share, for around ten years or so, I a wondering what amount of money, is it, that this BoD actually want out of these compounds, or is it simply the glory of the discovery?

IMO it has to be money, as it is most likely the route of all evil, so, knowing the senior BoD are on around 3k a week now, but probably most have say between 10 and 30 years (max) left... How much do they need/want? is imo the stumbling block, more so than boundaries? As with the literally millions of people that could benefit from these compounds, the "potential" is huge...

So I ask, is being simply a millionaire plus, enough, or do they want multi millions x10 x 50 x 100 or more ? what is the magical figure, because, once that is agreed, then deal done...

As I cannot see, the boundary issue lasting 14 months, nor expenses, nor corner office, nor title... its just a case of how much is enough?

Because until that is concluded.... they will continue to burn cash, take plane rides, stay quiet, and we suffer!

Cyncial maybe... but its like running on a treadmill, run five miles but go knowhere? when if you actually ran five miles, hopefully air and view would be considerably nicer and again imo, a better form of exercise... still each to their own :)
