Why refuse Platts offer of help ? If cash is needed... ego ? or genuine belief they can pull a deal off without help?

Agreed, BoD chose Beaufort, then they chose Novum (whom many Beaufort joined) lets face it there were always alternative choices - so WHY them? Wonder who made that decision?

Then there are the spikes, the huge one to 79 pence (no cash raise there) just the rns saying we know of no reason?

Then the one to 7p again no cash raise there? But hey lets do cash raises at .75p and .6p and get a few hundred thousand in for millions of shares and warrants... now thats great business acumen (and imo deliberate)

Then there is the approach by Platt... refused ignored refuted... why not seek assistance from a know quantity? or indeed these Billion dollar questions...

1: If we are in talks with said SIX Companies and say one or two is major pharma or serious player, whomever, why not rns, we are in talks, but due to an NDA being insisted upon, until said talk are complete.. we cant say further?

2: Why didnt we raise on major sp spikes, as if Novum (or whomever) are always locked and loaded waiting to offer further cash a good sp prices, why not suggest during these spikes... Evem the 1.3p one was short lived as were the other two... says to me these were engineered....?

There are always "positives" that can be released during talks, if wanted, but silence is not the answer, it just SUITS BoD, well sadly it does not suit me or indeed many others...

Have said many times, would like an rns update by end of 1st quarter but, now we are aware of yet another presentation, so near to end of first quarter... that will take time to prepare and initiate and so, cuts down the time to issue said informative rns... always a reason why not, instead of why?
