I now have 43,100,000 and change, pledges, we really need to get this up towards, 48 mil or even 50 would be better, because I am sure one or two pledges will get withdrawn and verification point, with the intention of taking total below the required 40 million...

Yes comments all noted and yes we have ideas and yes we will be very respectful and careful, but, please do not perceive openess and kindness, as a weakness.

Genuine concerns, requiring genuine answers, should not be an issue, for a genuine BoD should it ???

Okay, we currently have 24 pledges of varying size, totalling 42,023963 shares (yes already over 40 million shares)

No being cynical, some will have pledged and have no intention of following through, I think there are two suspect ones!

So, erring on the side of caution, I am setting a new target of 48 million shares, before stage two, which by my reckoning, should be sometime next week and will allow me enough leeway, (20%) should some kind person be thinking to disrupt our efforts...

It will also allow us, to see what the remaining days of February bring via rns from our elusive board ?

Finally, I know Suzy watches the boards, as she has used quotes, when responding to me? So, please take note and maybe pass on, as once pledges are verified (several of us / to be decided) will be seeking a meeting Iin the very near future, (like Align did!), but with ethics, please...

Yes, but May is a long way off and they promised us update(s) by 31st March 2019, in addition they are attending/presenting at the UK Investor show... with detailed talks only awaiting boundary issues, why bother?

Anyway... Update for the first 24 hours - 12 pledges so far, (2 as yet to state a holding figure) and we are at 21,250,000 of my 40 million target.

So, the two who have not yet stated a holding, would you please send info asap and please if a few more of you would join, we can get ball rolling... for next step

More to the point, has anyone questioned the amount of Beaufort staff, recently hired by Novum?

As I would bet a pound to a penny, that the 79p rise was 'engineered' and someone made a great deal of money???

Maybe simply co-incidence, but... maybe not ?

The sooner we reach 40 mil of pledges the sooner we can arrange a get together and discuss all concerns and then put them officially and professionally, to BoD?

This will start off up front and open and will remain open and NOTHING will be with-held and ALL must agree to each step of the way, to get answers we all want... if not in agreement, simply opt out, stay anonymous, except your contact with myself...

Then once magical figure is reached... I will email ALL individually, to suggest meet location options, date options and not until each person has been verified at first meet, will identities be given openly? Safe and simple

Wouldn't it be perfect to say, hi, we have 40 million plus shares in bag and here you are at another investor meet, only a DAY away from when you stated you would update us all by, with news?

Just seen a post on twitter, saying Novum have been issued 8.3 warrants, surely that is a very good sign, as it should rise as never seen a broker do anything for nothing ?

Regarding a Gmail Email, knowing how sceptical some are, Im more of a lets meet and chat person, that way you see a lot more and instils confidence? As surely some would "pretend" to want and actually are the opposite?

But will see how the consensus goes and decide once I see "names" I know, joining... in the meantime, open for chats most weekends, if anyone is interested... mind you, no takers last time, eh Fred :) shame really, always thought the more information you have the better decision you can make!
