The sp demise is down to two factors, imo, you know it and I know it and those that dont, shouldnt be investing, the problem was the invested in statements and trusted those statements...

Whatever, we have made a conscious decision to, like Align did, to seek answers that should have already been offered by way of rns...

Yes I have two candidates in mind, both of whom I am in touch with, the most important thing right now, is to exceed the 40 mil total in "confirmed" pledges. By as much as we can and Asap, so we have as much time as possible, to get this right! So those whom are still on the fence, thinking should I shouldnt I please get in touch :)

It is the standard cost IF we choose t go that far, I am assuming (rightly or wrongly) Val will speak to us, due to sheer number of pledges, that as you correctly point out, if turned up at agm or uk investor show or the london office, will actually make them sit up and perhaps take us seriously and not second hand shareholders ???

Plan is simple open direct questions to the BoD from a position of strength, for ope direct answers?

NB: Position of strength is 40 plus million share pledges (Confirmed) and ability to raise 30k for egm (if need be)

Align managed it and then went silent on their pledged members, this is more of a co-operative and we wont be going silent on our members... not looking to close company looking for honest update and answers?

Oh and pxs-most-definitely-mad! Please try to learn to read and count, I stated 24 supporters which is now, 28 and everyone of them is now known via email and tel num and holding, and even those that have opted out, (mainly through distance to eventual meet) are still known and keeping in touch!

So, think what you will, and perhaps find something better to do with your time... like I am !!!

Freddie I know you want well for all Val LTH so ask yourself this... WHY would they continue to berate Val to the point of its all down hill from here? If its all down hill why waste so much effort, to dissuade a few more new PI's ?
Major players and city will have far more well informed knowledge... More to this than meets the eye?

still sat at 43 million and change on the share pledges, really need a few more to get to 48 mil (50 + preferably)

email coming out this week, to ask a consensus, to see which key questions are most wanted to be put forward (dont put them on here, its like feeding the wolves!) and verification of holdings (as no verification, no advancement of talks and hence answers)...

Questions....

1. Why would val spend so much money applying (and getting) patents, if they didnt think at least one or more compound worked?
2. Why are all the negative posters still going on about every thing that could go wrong (as it could in ANY Co) and not somewhere else, earning money?
3. Because city and large investors, would not, take any notice of BB chatter here, would they? And if all the negativity just puts a few Pi's off... hardly worth it, is it?
4. So... WHO thinks the negative posters are targeting those who already hold, to get them to cave in?
