RE: Consider this20 Aug 2020 22:20
OB if I may, Val was imo a BAD investment under the old regime, (even insiders got plated, sooner or later, if they were honest enough to admit it) I know this, because I met all of the BoD and spoke with many LTH and by then (foolishly), I had piled in on the presentational and video (excuse the word) BULL****E offered by Morris and Mildred and the BB hype!
Fortunately, I learn fast, had deeper pockets than some and am very tenacious ! So, I decided to speak with a couple of trusted LTH's and try to create change, fortunately these others were of similar opinion and with a little luck and a lot of effort we effected change.
And now, I consider (without inside knowledge) but imo, this is a very reasonable investment, IF you dont mind a little more waiting, a few games by those that cant help themselves and a see saw sp, until first updates drop, then over time I feel we will eventually get From Suzy and Co, what we all wanted from G & M but had less chance of a cat in hell of getting!
Its not a dead ringer as some would want us to think, but, we have light at the end of the (ever decreasing in length) tunnel!
New saying SAFEwithSUZY imo
ps as for warrants to cash in 375000 of them would cost an up front payment of £48,700.00 and then wait around 5 working days to get warrant cert, exchanged into share cert and then aprox another 3 days to get them into a trading situation...
for sale ONLY after sp attains and holds 15p or more for five working days!
and assuming that sp does then not DROP back below the purchase price of 13p and have to start off red ???
So warrants are not all plain sailing imo at the moment, but later when sp rises on first news (hopefully) they will only assist the Co, allowing more investment as some holders then sell ?
All fwiw dyor and wishing you good luck with your choices :)
