If you are not sure where sp, is going, (as we have with Val and especially under old management) you dont need to PAY for them, until sp is at a price that suits you, so really very little risk of losing money, but a great opportunity to make some?
ie: placing at 10p with free warrants for every two bought, but at an excise price of say 15p for arguments sake? with a current sp of lets say 12p....
so yes you could buy at 12p with the risk of sp going down, or indeed up? but its cash there and then and you gamble?
with warrants at 15p, you pay nothing until say sp is at 25p or whatever figure you feel comfortable with, then you pay your 15p and sell and make 10p with very little risk?
of course I am no expert, but, I hope this makes some sense ????
