Whilst you can never be sure, I would say, that the fact that it would have taken both the votes of the CFO (Gerry) and the NED (Kevin) to enable the ousting of the other two?

So, maybe once the "control factor" of George had began to weaken, with the vote of no confidence, from the SAG and the uprising from within the ranks. Then Gerry did the right thing?

I would say allow it to run its course under Suzy's new policy regime for a year, as what they have done in months is not far short of a miracle... From being on the rocks, to sailing towards a much better future with clear skies?

My only concern, is the cost of Martin Lampshire (acting on Peterhouse behalf) as now the last two placings have happened, George and Satu are gone, all main Compounds remain intact and a strategy towards improving Co value and status, is happening, why make waves so to speak?

It is only a matter of time, before the science outweighs the need for Peterhouse type finance and then when Suzy can move to stronger less controlling finance, the table will be set for takeover or which ever route she see's fit to take.

Not at all imo... nowadays you cannot give a bad reference!

Recognising their contributions, doesnt mean they were good contributions/ They could be recognising the massive amount of funds they paid themselves for doing very little imo.

In addition wishing them well in their future endeavours, is merely polite... As they had worked under them and with them, prior to their leaving... I am a sure that most LTH PI's would not wish them the drippings from their noses! again imo.

I say good riddance and if I ever see their names appear in another listed Co, I will be following that BB and commemorating to potential investors, as to just what they did with Val!

Having come from an employed position, of which the salary payments, were shall we say, staggered, and having taken shares in lieu of said owed monies? I would say that Suzy, has shown great courage and foresight and belief, in herself, her new team and the compounds!

Considering the amounts taken by the previous pair of leeches, over many many years, their financial input has been compensated tenfold plus imo and we must now allow Suzy the time, to get her feet well and truly under the desk so to speak, ensure there are no further issues and focus on producing the scientific results we all know hope and expect to come, in the weeks and months ahead!

Then the sky really would be the limit, as far as sp is concerned as cancer will remain a far larger threat than covid 19, until someone creates that elusive cure, prevention and palliative care treatment?

All imo and dyor and only gamble what you can afford to wait for.... as it (for many of us lth) has taken a decade plus to reach, when in hindsight, we could have been there a dam sight earlier had in now been for George and Mildred's selfish ways :(

Yes Im in here currently, but, if I knew then (at the beginning), what I know now, I can honestly say i would not have bothered, as working at the day job, albeit physically harder, it is actually easier and less stressful imo

Once clear of AIM and I have two stocks to clear out, its au revoir, never to return to the city cesspit which is aim, again imo!
If you have done well, I say well done, if you havent, Im sorry to hear that, but we only have ourselves to blame and one thing is for sure, the stated 70+% who initially loose money, is again imo much nearer 90%! If all were to lose the bravado and tell the truth!

There are the lucky few and probably the professional few, who have done well, but, all we do is fund the city with our hard earned and waste years of our lives trying to recouporate or win it back! Which needs patience focus and some times a great deal of resolve and additional cash to do so...

Really not an easy life and having wasted 10+ years of mine, in a dozen or so, aim bio tech and oil Co's etc, enough is enough!

I personally think you under estimate the 401 Compound, with nine patents for nine countries and only one trial needed to be considered for commercial, at a conservative 10 mil per country patent and it could be much higher, that would mean 90 mil and 25% of that is way way more than the current m cap? Imo dont be so quick to dismiss 401 ?

More like being run as a professional Company now and not a personal piggy bank!

The difference is Suzy Dilly being a CEO that cares about the Company the Compounds and the Shareholders, plain and simple!
