HarChris, genuine question... if a "Competitor" had bought up over 5% of a Company, surely that Company would need to release an rns, saying that either a: no approach had been made or indeed an approach had been made? In it, he suggests, contacting a Mr Mott?

I looked at sp angel website, but, could not see a Mr Mott, weirdly there was no link in Tim's response to said Mr Mott?
