In that, every time, I have logged on to my HL account to check actuals, you see the sp start higher then drop slightly... ie on log on it states 209 then drops to 207?

Hope this is the case, as then as stated earlier by Giz, might see a much more dramatic rise, once the next rns/tr1 appears?

if you look at the one below 440 60 all add up to the 500 ? deliberate holding sp down attempt or whatever... as Cap swag says, as soon as free float becomes more sticky sp will HAVE to RISE

Harchris, they are mainly owned by entrepreneurs and so, it is feasible they felt the sp was so low, it was a no brainer? Plus they can easily see they way in which Nova are economical with the info? Its possible, just as it is possible, they have had behind the scenes discussions, (yes not cricket) but it happens! Anyway, not long till April and then Oct as a back stop...

Thought... if Bio's sales force are in same arena and area's as Nova's and possibly, better entrenched than Nova in certain area's? maybe they KNOW via there intel, that Nova's new machines / products / processes, are about to be taken up by xyz or indeed xy tatat z ? and hence it is a speculative purchase at low price to enable a nice earner, once it become's general knowledge and assuming that Nova rns it, rather than twittersphere or chain-link it?

Who knows, but they have bought and CFO has re bought and still NOTHING? YET !!! imo

Dont you think that had Nova, actually delivered better and more regular rns info (as most aim Co's do) they would not be in this situation, because the sp would a: not have fallen so far, b: market cap would have been higher to dissuade such tactics and c: if it had fell, due to Ukraine etc, it would have recovered more quickly to a better than where it currently is now?

IMO there is an agenda within Nova, personally I dont feel it was Bio, and this has shall we say confused Nova, buying in now, is good but could have been a bonus rns, rather than a defensive rns? Anyway as you say, we will find out in time, whilst the traders do there best to prolong it and Nova keep head in the (twitter) sand?

Finally (and then I will rest, for a bit, just to appease BW1 :) lol) if Nova follow their Head of R&D why do they not follow their CEO? For someone who portrays on his Bio to like marketing, yet uses Twitter, over more traditional methods and where is that getting him, nowhere?

Sorry, but I would prefer a wolf (GM) in sheeps clothing, than an actual sheep (DA), caught in the Bio head lights, which IMO and I state IMO isnt calling the shots, cant be, so that brings me to... Considering what has been brought to light, ie Tata, Bio & their Tr'1s, CFO buying and the recent liquid tweet, I am surprised even the traders continue, as surely at this stage with a decent average, they are far better to go for the BOOM, than keep nibbling, which of course, only delays the continuous rise back to MUCH higher sp?

Mind you one proper rns announcement, (not watered or played down) and it will be simply to late to do anything, but #smileforawhile imo
