ps... whilst I did it by the book, I have been told others dont (deliberately) to suit there buys n sells, and have taken as long as a week plus! and this is aim, where the governance is to say the least, extremely lax, and why so many Co's start here! #rulesaretheretobebroken :(

as I understood it when I went over 3% I had 3 working days to advise co, same if I sold, another 3 working days, but, if you went up over 3 and back in the same day, then I do NOT think you need to report it via tr1 ? happy to be corrected, but that is how I would see it...
and of course every time you go UP or come down a percent, you have 3 days to advise?

which ever, I bet there will be another large trade go through, after hours, as Bio will need as many as can get before sp rises again, as they wont want to be buying in a rising market, more than they need to... #manipulatingmm's

Well baring in mind DA is supposedly a sales and marketing sort of CEO, that is about as cack handed reply, as I have seen!

I still feel the sp is being suppressed, MORE THAN IT SHOULD, to allow, whatever is taking place, to continue, imo

Obviously good thing in the long run, but, as my teacher always said, bright, lazy, but could do much better! DA you can do better, much better! Yes dont over play it, but seriously this sp is way underplayed and needs to reach mid levels again, then take your time and do what you will?

Ambiguos imo, as why record it after hours, knowing if the time it went through was accurate, it would be easy to see if sell, or buy, which makes me think it may well be a buy, and hence unexpected price drop, where im guessing mm's were trying to accumulate enough vol to service the order!

Remember for mm's it is all about the money on aim, no remorse, no thought, just greed! Its what they do! So I am going for chunky buy, and be interesting to see if that would be enough to affect the next TR1, ie buy as many as poss, as price was rising rapidly before the drop! all imo dyor

A better strategy would be, if all simply held, for say until next rns, in April?

Maybe even accumulate a few where possible, which would starve, mm’s who would then have to re rate?

Thus giving many a much better exit price? nb if they dropped it, & all bought rather than sold (in panic) would further force a much better re rate? just my mad thoughts! lol
