They know what Nova is capable of and already have, they are imo going for it! and the more the sp dips, the more it confirms it to me, why spend MILLIONS on something that so say has no value, they want Nova and will continue to stock pile IMO not fact, just my opinion, the more the weak sell they longer the dips will occur, until it is just hard core left/? Then we will see just how the year average is and what the offer is and whether there are or are not LTH casualties?

Agree BL, its not palatable for many, hence my 5 pennyworth of 50-120% of original high, but… it would be interesting to know how many are at a higher ave of say 6/7 as then it would allow those with far less (not me) to consider that if enough are locked in high & would reject, then many lower averages could hold and obtain! far more! Allowing all to at least recoup original investment, without a loss?

Otherwise if the low ave sell sooner it will take the high ave longer?

Hence we need a counter to Bio buys! #hopeitshowsnextweek?

As Nova have way to many PI’s Id guess the assault on sp to continue, on a steadily climbing sp, as weak leave & stronger nerved replace them?

That having said, with a 109 mil loan facility in place, Nova’s reported 100 mil ish & a possible 50+ mil back from dhsc plus poss compo, would put a war chest at 300 mil, maybe another borrow, on strength of dhsc resolution, & could easily raise 350 mil or more, putting a 4.50/5.50 bid out there?
Obviously wouldnt be palatable to many lth, but it would to anyone with an average of 5 or less?
Meaning they create a monster diagnostic Co, with some of the best products around & then the really big boys will come sniffing… with any deal making the takeover/merger look like small potatoes?

Wouldnt be surprised or put anything past big greed?
