I have aprox 45 yrs Sales & Marketing experience, from jnr sales rep to current director role!

During that period, Ive seen ones that stay, get promoted or head hunted for specific positions & those that jump regularly do it due to a few dollars more or were about to be pushed, as gleaming (and often) cv didnt match actual sales results? Talk the Talk but not Walk the Walk!

I am NOT saying this is the case, but, imo, it may be a case, that the basic sal £,s were like a bright light to the moth! If wrong happy to eat my hat, as saying goes!

All I want really is results, regular positive rns’s & sp to rise accordingly!
Finally think the nhs comment could be spot on!

Not all, I read the synopsis, which showed a lot of short hops 1-2 years and the Chrystal jump was aprox a month, not always good in sales / marketing arena, and yes taken from the abbreviated history.

Seems Nova have a clear case, imo

Once deployed, there were issues, regarding the usability, so, they developed Promate to over come these issues and it worked like a charm, well done Novacyt.

Now DHSC wanted Promate, fine ok, Novacyt said, as per contract, they could have it, AFTER they had used the previous Exsig.

DHSC, were entitled to upgrade, to Exsig, again as per contract. However, this was as well as, not instead of. So, once the Exsig, had been used up, yeah sure you can replace it with Promate, no issues.

DHSC imo, dont have a leg to stand on, they approved Exsig and took delivery of it. Weaknesses in Exsig were quickly pointed out and Novacyt responded admirably.

This doesnt absolve DHSC of their commitments, Novacyt, could have done nothing and just said, you knew, what you were buying. But no, Novacyt, did the decent thing and addressed the problem.

The DHSC reneged and said we now dont want what we bought, we want the better version.
Okay, but you need to pay for what you have bought. DHSC said no, and the dispute. They also reneged on phase 2?

My opinion now is that the DHSC are a bunch of untrustworthy crooks (those words are, probably why it got taken down?) not honoring deals made in good faith, and now throwing Companies who stepped up to help, under the £350 mil per week Boris bus?

If this goes to court, there will be no way, the DHSC could win this, in his/her opinion?

When said resolution is released, I have a feeling it will catch quite a few out, and imo, if cash back to us, all or even some, will cause sp to jump a chunk? Here's hoping anyone still gambling on down side, gets shredded, be nice to see a rise and the lth's win won, and those naresayers get a bit of what they have been dishing out... #rollonnextRNS
