How long should it take to action an email? I’m guessing the first one is just a generic message so why not have it on auto response to the incoming emails.

Just spoke to Lloyds and still no contact there. There's not really any reasons left why everyone hasn't been at least contacted by now let alone paid! Surely this is the end... doubt we will see any closure though.

On the 4th of march we were advised that the agents would be starting and concluding the process in 7 working days… 10 working days later and no ones heard anything including major uk brokers… when are should we admit defeat?
