Multiple parties involved and not a whisper of a deal yet…. Dans radio silence won’t help the SP but fingers crossed we will get some sort of hint this month that things are progressing to plan. Previous RNS indicated possible administration if a deal isn’t concluded by the end of this month. I know we’ve had a small fund raise since then but it would be good to get some guidance from the company.

So are we assuming that we won’t have any licensing news until we get a decision on the orphan status?

We haven’t been told that the time line has changed… we could still hear of a deal by end of the month subject to orphan status being granted…

Wonder what ever happened to the license payment….

The company is surely separate to Amits personal affairs? Are they even up for grabs if the court case went ahead?

Yea that’s my bet also sadly… wonder what happened to the license announcement?? Think that may have been delayed due to the recent drone sightings…

So today’s the day of the big reveal then? with the time difference we can expect to hear about it around 4pm and money should be in the account by dinner! Or maybe it will be delayed due to the fires over there and we will hear nothing for another 6 months.

The only way we will see any returns here is by going down the legal route and even then it's a long shot. This ellusive deal was completed over a year ago and payments were supposed to be completed 10 months ago. There's no valid reason for it to take this long and obviously an anterior motive at play imo. Let's build a kitty and get this into a court room like it should have been years ago. 95% or 90% of something is still a whole lot better than 100% of nothing.

Im ready to sign over my 10% towards legal action if that's still on the table? we won't be seeing a penny without it so 90% of something is a lot better than 100% of nothing.

I think we should stop making the excuses for him. I think there's a good chance he will use that one next.

So guessing we've all accepted by now that this is a scam. But what was/is the purpose? can anyone come up with a valid reason why this was dragged up? I wrote this off years ago and would have completely forgotten about it if it wasn't for Amit updating us that the deal had been done... So what was the point in it all? It just makes no sense.

Or is he just lining us up for the dapp sale delay which can't be announced due to this one not being announced..

Wonder if we will get a update to announce that there has been a further delay or will we just be going to bed none the wiser and with no sign of notifications...

I think this update is as close to closure as we are going to get. There's is no possible reason that the licensee payment has been delayed and Amit can't even be bothered to offer an excuse. It just simply inst happening. The next chapter may start in a few days with additional promises of the dapp sale but that will ultimately roll into month after month of further can kicking.

The daapp announcement was always going to follow the license pay out. Now he's decided to pause the license payout after a year of dragging it out so he can announce the daap payout. This blokes sick in the head.

It really is game over. No way will this be concluded in July. Absolutely no reason not to complete the license payout if it was genuine. Would love to be wrong but none of this adds up and can see another 12 months of excuses ahead.

Well 2pm onwards we will find out I suppose. Won't hold my breath though.

Part of me wants to believe that emails are firing back and forth relentlessly between Amit and the agents telling them to either get the email out or the numbers being released but the agents thought he was bluffing and could pocket another weeks interest so they are flapping around now and we will see a barage of emails going through to the paper share holders. One can dream.

How can you miss your own deadline! That combined with no one receiving contact from the agents sadly marks the final nail in the coffin lid.
