This is what I can't get my head around Gordon. We've come thus far so let's sit back and see what's in the ground.

Why are we getting cash if share holders have not yet agreed to the sale decision. Are we going to get a vote on the deal. ?

Doesn't the offer have to be put to a shareholders vote first.

Either way the share price will rise from here as money will be coming to SYN . Expect 100-300% rise IMO.

I shall be voting against the Deal. This has done nothing for investors. Share price still dropping. People don't like it.

As I said Gordon. I don't buy it. We shall found out in 120 days. See what else gets bought to the table.

Goi must approve it after this time. So we must have about 6 months before GOI approve it.

If we prove the workovers and strike rich in the new wells, where does that put us then. The company could be worth more than what's offered.

Why would selan put in an offer for Cambay when they supposedly have found nothing and no further forward. I don't buy it. They have obviously found something to put in such an offer.

The work program is continuing and we plan to RNS an update this week.

Follow up RNS to come out this week. Work will continue and we shall be taking our cut of all finds until GOI approve the deal.

The new wells are not starting until September onwards. But the workovers should start as soon as they get 50T/100T work over rig.

Roland was dropped in it a bit. But he will pull us through. Bought shares himself too. Why would you invest in something if you didn't think it would have a chance.

This has lots going for it. We are at the bottom now looking up. IMO.

SELAN see potential, so much so.

A tender has been issued for a suitable drilling rig and associated services. The drilling of the first well is currently scheduled for Q2 2025, subject to rig availability.

And whilst waiting.

Selan is prepared to re-deploy its currently contracted rig from Assam to Cambay.
