It's highly unusual and irregular for any company to leave it this late. Most announcements are considered 'pushing it' if they're made 3-4 days before. They could surprise us but it's been clear for a while now they had no intention of releasing any information regarding the LOI. Whilst it's a !@#$ way to treat investors it's not against regulations. Under rule 11 they are only obliged to release information if it has a material effect on the share price. As it's a non-binding LOI, they would not be obligated to announce an extension. They would however be required to announce that Glencoe have walked away. Therefore, if we don't hear anything by the end of the day it should be taken as no news is good news.

He's already stepped down and is working his s notice so not only would it be incredibly difficult to kick him out there is no need to.

If the amount raised isn't enough that's on Canmax. GR has no say in the financial running and hasn't since April 1st.

It was either traded 'off book' (privately between two parties but reported for transparency) or very close to the mid price therefore the system can't with any real confidence determine wether it was a buy or sell.

Yeah I've never understood the bickering. Aren't we all supposed to be in the same side? Though it seems to individuals saying how crap the stock is and how it's gonna tank but they've been saying it for months and yet they're still here. Wether some have sold their stock and now wish they and trying to bring everyone else down who knows but yeah, cautiously very optimistic right now.

It would be unlikely that Glencoe would replace Canmax as they don't have the technical I know-how to over-see Prem. They are essentially a multi commodity finance company. It's more likely they'll negotiate an offtake with Glencore, essentially replacing the old one, which they can do given they have financial and operational control as per the last RNS. Its highly unlikely Canmax would even consider giving it to Glencoe given the time and money they've put in. Not to mention the potential it has. Full scale production needs to happen as soon as possible and if the new part is a success there is no reason why that doesn't happen in the next three to four months, if not sooner.

Update will likely come from Prem (ahem Canmax) though given they've stayed the part will take four to five weeks to make I'd be pleasantly surprised if we had an update any time soon.

He said the new part will take four to five weeks to make though if everything stays true to type and they are still keeping us slightly behind the real timeline it wouldn't surprise me if they have everything boom or busted in around 8 weeks, maybe a little less.

amazing to see how many on here are convinced gr will **** it right up again. whilst the sentiment is justified in principle it's not a logical one. gr has no control. canmax as per the last rns have technical and financial oversight. they are making the decisions not gr. if anyone is going to **** this up it's canmax which given their expertise and unwillingness to walk away despite countless opportunities is highly unlikely. that said there will be no more delays or incomplete interviews. they have 12 weeks to fix it. it really is now or never. my strong buy opinion based on my research, my own personal finances and tolerance for risk. i'll be able to deal with losing what i have put in alot easier vs having to deal with what i could have gained had i invested.

side note: the price will not see any significant movement untill the next announcement. any minor movements will likely be attributed to day traders looking for a quick buck and investors looking to get out with a profit after so many years of headache. that's not to say it's impossible it won't climb a couple of percent a day. i've been with this stock since lockdown so makes absolutely no sense for me to bail 12 weeks from the finish line- regardless of what the finish line actually is.

Averaging down is pointless and it just a psychological illusion that makes people think they are getting value for money. If you believe the stock will go up it makes no difference what your "average is". If you believe the stock has no future, pull out and go home. It's that simple.

It's got very little to do with GR. Glencoe have only come on-board because Canmax are backing it, and rightly so. Wouldn't suprise me if he's gone once the LOI is converted. Stil expected some sort of temporary dip in price as people rush to cash a profit. Though it will be temporary and it's just simmering right now.
