They were granted about 30 million on credit card at the last AGM. They have the headroom and by the time they're finished it wouldn't be surprising to see them with 80 billion shares. Even with 40 billion the were looking at at least two consolidations.

Last year they claimed to be achieving exactly the same grade. They've made no progress whatsoever.

Another sales pitch, another deadline missed, more excuses and most likely two or three more dilutions coming to add to the already 43 billion shares. Deadlines mean nothing and neither does anything Prem say at this point. They would have known a month ago they didn't have enough Ore. It really is embarrassing.

Not to mention that no third party would likely be allowed within their own rules to invest at the current price or shares in circulation. Prem will need another consolidation. Either two 1-10s or a straight 1-20.

I would have thought 35 billion new shares would cover it?

Realistically it's going to have to be by the end of next week at the latest. Could even come today at the final bell.

I'm not sure GH would find it relevant to mention the cost of diesel though they've effectively got millions worth of dilutions on credit card that was approved at the AGM so no doubt as you've mentioned there will be plenty more raises to come. I'm not sure of the exact amount but others on here have said they are currently five mill short of what.they have stated they need to get it over the line.

Things do appear different this time around but who was here during the last commissioning when the SP was climbing? The completion of commissioning saw the total rise amount to roughly 150% if memory serves. Then the optimisation phase failed miserably because unknown to us at the time they'd conducted test runs without spares or funds to buy any if needed. Within two to three months those gains were completely wiped out. As a holder of six years I am hoping beyond hoping they can finally get it right. I'm also hoping they release something concrete next week as I'd imagine it will take at least 6 weeks -possibly four but that's a real squeeze- to complete optimisation. So already, the timeline is very tight and it's only getting tighter. There is definitely a different feel this time around but this is Prem so I'm optimistic, albeit very cautiously optimistic

RNS on a Friday is never good. Any good news is released Monday or Tuesday latest for maximum momentum. Anything tomorrow would likely be a placing. Though given they are expected at this point it isn't likely to hurt the SP much.

The TR1 positions were pocket change to those investors. It was a punt and nothing more. Volume was much higher during the last commissioning under GR and then we all know what happened. All these charts and level twos and Spod prices don't mean thing. I'm not sure where the confidence is coming from in truth as it will take at least six weeks I'd imagine to complete the optimisation phase so it they haven't fully commissioned In the next week then it really isn't looking good for Q2. Though when have Prem actually met a deadline, self imposed or not? I'm a long term holder and would like to think things look better this time around but this is Prem. I also struggle to see were there motivation is coming from when there is absolutely no risk attached. The only ones that lose Money if this goes tits up is Canmax and us. Prem don't lose a thing as they didn't have anything to start with. Rant over.

If anyone is paying anymore up front it will be Prem. They owe Canmax 50 mil worth of Spod. It could come from Glencore if they sign as they have proposed to get involved with debt restructuring but Canmax won't be giving them a penny.

I rekon the whole thing probably weighs about a hundred kg though take your point. I'm not sure why all the pictures, especially when GH said on his recent stockbox that they don't really show anything. Though they clearly excite some poeple. I think it all looks very amateurish. Let's be honest, we don't care about any of this, what we want it a date for the test run, not random pictures of equipment that means noting to the majority of us.

Granted GH himself admitted the last one was thrown up as quickly as possible with the hope it would just work and it appears Canmax are allowing him to take a more professional - albeit - slower approach. It's the optimisation phase that is key. Being fully commissioned just means that the basics work when it's turned on.

If the market is seeing commissioning as the key price driver they must have very short memories. The last plant was fully commissioning but failed miserably during the optimisation phase. Successful commissioning doesn't mean a thing.
