The Arden report is very positive about the potential for EQT ~ BUT ~
About six months on , I think Arden are are widely out of line with their target of 2.18p .
Just one closed deal , say Billingham of Deeside and imagine we would be at c. 2p in a blink of an eye .
The reason ? The market would view that as an endorsement for the future of the business .
I would not be surprised to see us nearer 1.5p before Christmas and I would rather see us at that sort of valuation before we get any confirmation of the many deals being negotiated .
I`m not gambling on the speed of events , but yes ,next week should , I hope , be a compass reading for direction next year .

Recognising that people have very differing ideas about investing , or trading (or even gambling !)
I do find it strange that people would wish to sell just a few weeks after the sp began to move forward and so much news is yet to come .
I doubt individuals sellers will have any effect on the outcome here . We are still on the preface , like all good thrillers Chapter 1 of the story is likely to reveal some dramatic development : Wood Grp , Billingham or perhaps Deeside .
Next year I think the `Author` will be writing a chapter each month , I`ve bought `The Series` and will be enthusiastically reading the story as it unfolds ;))
Should get Chapter 1 before Christmas !

I`m sure it`s coming , it is required , it will drive the business forward , the issue is the all about the numbers :
How much , when , what price , which method , whose support , what dilution affect ?
Those taking the long view will be relaxed (probably involved ) traders , short termers may be disappointed .
Who knows , the 12% support group will probably be delighted , perhaps even more involved !
I hope that they can run on until that GAS starts to contribute to income , that the sp is higher and any dilution is minimised .
Overall , i remain very confident that next year will prove spectacular .

Scooby : I had a slightly different strategy . I dumped the lot back in February at a substantial loss . Bought back in at around 2p in the Summer and have been adding on the dips ever since . Unfortunately my average is going up but fortunately so is my capital gain ! Happy to add when I can possibly up to c.10p then wait and see .
[ O/T ~ Very sensible to research EQT , I hope you come to the same conclusions as myself = contract for Billingham before 18th Dec = c. 1.5p , multiple contracts next year (Deeside v big) =Multibag ! imho / dyor and Best of Luck !]

Although his is the start of `The Silly Season`, I still expect us to be in double digits before the end of the year .

I think the BoD will simply get on with the business of managing the Company , there are a lot of challenges ahead .
In truth , as individuals we are but canon fodder .
My canon has it`s sights set 365` before iI start falling toward my target !
The rational being that the higher you aim , the more likely you are to go further ;)

I know I shouldn`t do this BUT~~~ As BLOE has been drifting a little I have been enjoying what I believe to be the begining of a dramatic rise in the fortunes of another tiny AIM Company .
FWIW ~ It may be worth your while researching the value of EQT !
The rise there has only just begun and could easily multibag over the course of next year .

Except ~ I can assure that MM`s ( In a business seriously focused on maximising returns ) regard their business as a game of
risk .
In this game of risk , where they must remain risk adverse , their game plan is to always offer price ahead of information .
It is extraordinary just how well connected MMs are to events as they unfold , in the main they are always ahead of the curve and certainly ahead of the herd . If they were not , they would not remain long in the game !
How do they do this ? ? It`s fascinating .
Of course movements are influenced by sells and buys , it`s a game of chicken and egg !
We , the players have to second guess , and we are the real risk takers .
BTW ~ they are a very secretive bunch ~ a member of my family was a member of the `Club` !

JF`s investment here is somewhat north of 4.6p per share , as is that o AF . Their friends in Jersey are a little more comfortable but this little group (c12%) are not her to take a loss on their investment nor , I would think , some relatively small short term gain . Definitely getting very interesting .

it caused absolute chaos and huge financial loss , apparently the dozy maintenance men turned on the wrong valve . Rumour has it that it was just after lunch and a return from the local and they got muddled up between `righty tighty ~ lefty loosey !

I agree with Ducking duck .
It would seem that Block have been quite successful in laying the foundations for a Company focused on the supply and delivery of gas in Georgia with the additional benefit of some oil production .
Beyond that I am not sure that the Company has the expertise to take the business forward . lurking in the wings are the three major shareholders with c. 12% , first class experience in the O&G industry , business connections within the industry and the region , and financial muscle .
Predators are patient and shrewd enough to wait in the wings until the target has been developed to the point of limited risk .
I`m not sure that Block have the expertise and the financial flexibility to develop Patty and maximise the potential that others can now see .
I`m not worried either way because if the current management can`t optimise the potential they are certainly making progress which will result in a rerate , albeit a little slower than the takeover route and alternatively there is always the partnership/JV possibility .
A really interesting investment which is almost guaranteed to advance strongly in value during the next few months .
