"Keeping the SP low. plausible reason could be to Hoover up shares for a takeover. They clearly do not have that agenda otherwise there would of been lots more buying over the past few months."
FWIW ~ I suspect that the sellers ARE members of this `Concert Party` , and the only rational reason that I can think of , is that they intend to launch a bid . They will most certainly face resistance from various quarters :
G Gov ~ Well maybe / maybe not there is no clearly defined loyalty as far as I can see and revised terms and agreements would come under Georgian law . The GGov will be most specific about protecting their interests .
Schlumberger ~ Similar constraints may apply , we just do not know specifically which way Schlum would swing , I assume that their primary objective would be to preserve their interest in the the overall project and potential investment return . In a sense they had to hand over to the Current BLOE Team because there was no other game in town .
The BLOE BoD : Despite the new arrivals , who knows what they might do . Clearly the heat is still on , and even with spectacular flow results this `Concert Party` have plenty of ammunition to keep the share price under pressure .
Perhaps the BLOE Directors will be happy just to cal it a day . They`ve plenty of options and new ventures away from all this hassle might be appealing ~~~ Another total unknown .
PI`s : I suspect most PI`s are absolutely fed up with the shenanigans here , fed up with the continuous smoke and mirrors and very fed up with PH . As most PI`s have probably averaged down close to current prices I suspect they could be persuaded to part with their stock with a modest premium .... that`s what usually happens . Just because PI`s swung the vote in favour of the current BoD , doesn`t automatically give confidence to an accepted or rejected T/O bid .
We are certainly an unknown , we will be persuaded by an offer that suits are individual interests ~~~ probably money ,
but an All ************** or even part share/ cash is unlikely to succeed .
I conclude that at this point in time the situation is pivotal . This BoD really have to pull out all the stops to stop the rot and that will have to start with serious flow results , accompanied with clarity of strategy , progress and transparency that has been so lacking in the past .
I posted here over a year ago that I thought our primary problem was the CEO . I said that if he were to leave we might start to recover some of the lost value . That remains my point of view : When TRUST is broken it is almost impossible to repair .
Trust is everything in this game and while I have NO trust for the intentions of these F F F`s , I believe that a credible , experienced , professional alternative to the current CEO `Might` just be the desired change factor to reverse this ridiculous valuation ~~~16M is just absurd ~ and that`s why the current situation is so pivitol .
Just my opinion , let`s see this Transformatio
