You are SO right about that Employee incentive scheme for the warrants .

It`s history now , and I`m really excited about the emerging NEW Company .

1. Reject the 2nd resolution by this Concert Party . Vote AGAINST this stupid , unnecessary hugely costly , forensic investigation .
2. Successful completion of the well , tie in and production details .

3. Sack VC . Strengthen the BoD with quality , proven professional (s) , appoint new NED (s) .

4. Examine concerns of Concert Party and adopt operational changes where appropriate and perhaps necessary .

Looks like an early sell possibly delayed to maintain an orderly market and a late buy which should help that market tomorrow , but nobody really knows what these MM`s get up to !
My interest is in EQT , which I think has in pert been a victim of over exuberance in the whole sector .
EQT I believe will prove to be `The Green Company `of choice in due course .

This second resolution is almost as dangerous as the first .
Hopefully Phillip Dimmock HAS been saved , but I imagine it has been a close fight .
Hopefully PH will act appropriately and immediately deal with some `Issues` as a result ~~~ eg : CV .
Hopefully PI`s are now seriously focused on the destructive intentions of this group of `Commercial Cowboys`.
