He has his agenda. A biotech making a loss of just 1.7 million lol and on the verge of completing deals in 2026.

ValiRx has approximately £1.8 million in warrants at 0.5p so they will likely get exercised from 0.65p onwards. While it’s unlikely that all will be exercised, even partial exercise could extend the company’s cash runway into 2027. That should lead to a higher share price.

Not much is needed at such a low MC to exercise these warrants and see no more placing for a long while.

CLX001 deal in 2026 and we could see a market cap of 20 million plus. No more cash raises.

A share price correction is possible in the coming weeks.

Stating the wrong cash runway with past consolidations almost a decade away shouts an agenda.

No consolidation in the last 6 or 7 years and none is needed. The CEO is invested with over 250k investment.

The cash runway is until June/July but by then the aim is to complete a deal. Lots of significant news due, warrants at 0.5p but will likely not be exercised until around 0.8-1.0p.

A good run until June with plenty of news due, tiny valuation, CEO heavily invested and potential deals being lined up which can take this past 1p. No risk of placing in the next few months.

Not a lifestyle company with a tiny cashburn producing valuable drugs that have potential for a significant return in the near future. CEO heavily invested with 250k plus investment.

Nick, while doing your Henry Kissinger act, I think you are overlooking a significant factor here. In the ‘real' world, I’m about as easy-going as you will find. I have never posted on another share’s forum to mock holders or slag off that share. I might shake my head in disbelief at some of the ramping on another forum but I’m not invested so leave it to those who are.

Now we come to Val. In Porky we have a punter who has a disastrous trading history and has drawn gullible punters into some of the worst companies ever to trade. 4D and Harland, two who have gone to the wall spring to mind but there are numerous others. Yet he believes he is Warren Buffet mark 2. He has literally posted thousands of times on Val over the last 4+ years doing his utmost to put off potential investors by sowing FUD.

Yes, he has called past mistakes but Val is now a completely different company, both in management, the assets and whole philosophy. You of all people should appreciate companies can be transformed – you have made enough money over the years picking up flailing companies to then watch them multibag. It just takes one spark, maybe a new CEO or spotting a market opportunity before competitors.

I accept Porky isn’t the only one, I could identify others who post continuous drivel on here yet have made very poor investments themselves. I might respond to provocation by calling them out on here but I wouldn’t go onto the SCLP or FUM forum to ridicule them.

As regards the likes of Paul, Rob and Adrian, agreed good blokes – and all who stopped posting on here because of the venom and BS posted by the non-invested. So, maybe ask yourself what possesses some individuals to get their daily kicks posting on a share in which they have no holding, purely to annoy those who have a major financial stake in the company. A pretty sad way for anyone to pass their days. I reserve the right to defend my investment.

Don't judge me by your own standards.

You have no idea what my portfolio looks like or indeed what stocks im currently backing.

I am active on this board currently as i consider it will become a major player. I don't post as regular on other stocks i back.

I continue to ADD here.

Further i have stock at numerous price points from 80p, 60p 55p and including big blocks at 36p and 39p, i didn't catch rock bottom but i can tell you i have no intention of selling ANY stock until over £2 but that's my business.

I would expect the company to sign further deals or get approvals such as the application for CE Mark certification for its kidneyintelX.dkd prognostic test under the European Union’s In-Vitro Diagnostics Regulation (IVDR) or further news relating to the agreement with Tempas.

I don't see this going much lower than 6p, so at this price, although one might feel nervous when they are down, it is worth being patient in my view.

A nice buying opportunity before news.

This is why the short term target price for Valirx will be 1p+ and therefore not inflated. It’s generally recognised that the company is significantly undervalued. A decent bet for a doubler from here.

Once the IP for CLX001 is fully secured and additional data is released regarding the agreement with Altas, the commercial interest in CLX001 should increase significantly.

There is also a reasonable possibility of a bidding war for CLX in early 2026 with an early deal secured as soon as possible.

That will eventually come including further deals.

These are the times to add imo.

The GM was at the end of November and not the end of October so therefore June as the count would start from December.

A busy 2 months expected, so news on numerous fronts.

warrants to be exercised 0.75-1.00p. Valirx target 1.00p short term. Once more cash comes SP goes to 1.20p.

Therefore no placing in 2026 and with that much longer once a deal concludes.

Deals for both CLX and 401 concluded 2026 therefore market cap 25/30 million is highly possible.

Not hard to see why Mark invested so much. Nice doubler from here short term with significant news due.

Short/Medium term a possible 10 bagger is CLX deal comes through in 2026.

You come across as a desperate buyer. Your desperation levels are very much increasing.

When the valuation is so low you will always get people that want to add a few more.

I think we are expecting a busy few weeks until the end of January. I will hold regardless as news is yet to come and plenty of it.
