I am guessing you missed out on the last raise and you are desperate for another one. We’ve seen with companies like PYC that a share price can rise significantly even with limited cash. Although the business model is different, Valirx has the potential to secure deals that could be truly transformational.

Would you put all your savings into a company if you were CEO to support a raise if you saw no value?

Only Adam on that list truly understands the science. The others wouldn’t be able to negotiate appropriate deals or handle the strategy effectively. Porky clearly doesn’t have that level of understanding given the losses in numerous previous holdings. Honestly, I’d go as far as saying he doesn’t really understand finance and science well enough based on his previous investments and his posts.

5 months is a long time and it remains the case that the warrants are likely to be exercised given all the potential news due.

Nonsense. They raised far more than they originally planned a few months back and even the initial amount raised in the placing was enough to last almost a year. They made less revenue but that is due to pick significantly in H2. The Company continues to focus on and implement cost reduction initiatives and maintained a cash balance of approximately $6 million as of 31 December 2025.

If they do an early placing it would likely be after some very significant news and at a considerable premium from this current price as no need for one after such a big raise only like 3 months back.

This is a buy opportunity at these prices for sure. The director buying is just putting confidence into the market nothing else.

I doubt it would be this soon maybe at the end of the year. Plenty of institutional support so I would think 6p plus and at a premium price given the last one was well supported at 9p.

Slow revenue is expected and it should start to pick up nicely. Plenty of value at these prices.

Looking good from here. Revenues will increase and plenty of deals to come.

Bad news already priced in by the looks of it given this has dropped from 10p but in reality the update is likely going to be positive.

With warrants at a premium to the current price hopefully no more dilutions.

I understand they get a share of Ambrose not just Val401.

News on other clinical compounds increases the value of the shares therefore more valuable than just getting cash for Val401.

Valirx will have options to sell some shares initially to get some cash.

No, but the holders all want the warrants exercised so we can do a 10 bagger in 12 months without a fund raise.

For me i am really happy here with the progression. We are definitely early in a news rich periods where all the negative posters are posting overtime and are only posting as they missed out on the last fundraise hoping for an even lower price.

Average preclinical biopharma deal upfronts surged dramatically in 2025, with figures showing averages around $110 million by Q3, more than doubling the 2024 rate, driven by Big Pharma.

The crowd is aware of the tiny valuation, I would think this will be done over 2 or 3 steps for each holder depending on the amounts.
