The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
Mr Porky you should remember you are not invested and have no intention to invest. Your twisted agenda driven posts mean nothing to holders.
Nothing really in the RNS to be fair maybe at a later date if an EGM is called then we will see what the plans are whether it is positive or negative. At the moment it is simply a case of wait and see.
The delay was due to TheoremRX not Valirx. If they can pay 10/20 million for trials then they can pay us the agreed amount if not more without any issues. I see no justification for it to be a lower amount in fact a strong case to request an increase in the agreed amounts.
They can negotiate and want what they want but the drug belongs to Valirx.
You are correct the LOI can be renegotiated but the payment requested by Valirx could be both higher or lower but for now we stick with the agreed amount rather than speculating.
The two parties have agreed to a 30-day exclusivity period, which may be extended by an additional 15 days by mutual agreement, to negotiate and conduct due diligence with the aim of reaching a definitive agreement. Under the letter of intent, TheoremRx would merge with a subsidiary of EUDA. The legal structure, ownership stake, and name and branding after the transaction will be determined through mutual agreement during the due diligence phase.
My understanding is that they would legally have been required to inform us if the merger had failed within the deadline. As it stands we would assume that as above they have done the due diligence and negotiation and are now going through the process to complete. The deadline does not include the time to complete the merger and announce to the market so it is still progressing and therefore a significant positive.
Lots of individuals not fully invested clearly wanting to buy even cheaper. Change of BOD means 3 months notice. Who wants disgruntled members on the BOD and new staff perhaps needing at least 3-6 months with new individuals likely going down a new strategy with more funding required. I suggest giving them until June as plenty of projects that are at an important stage.
The lab is helping with the evaluation projects and pre clinical ones which is the primary reason why they decided to go through this route. The contracts should come soon.
The merger is ongoing and again it should be reaching a conclusion soon and once that is done the LOI should be signed and yes with upfront payments as agreed.
Ignore all the noise as many individuals are not invested or fully invested so clearly have an agenda on this board.
BOD have no new options so I think at the moment they have it all to prove and with some decent delivery then they should be rewarded with incentives but not when share price collapses the way it has.
I agree but I think they were hoping to get the warrants after 401. It should have been handled better and it was very poor.
Still mass replacements now will not help the existing holders. If 201 fails then we have no choice but all I say is to see what happens with the merger which will have to conclude either way fairly soon.
I am sure they would have a strong list of lab clients now so they could well deliver along with 201 and 401.
If 201 fails then fair enough but no harm to wait a little while longer. The additional cash will really help and a higher share price.
If 201 completes then they have all the contacts and knowledge to push on. I have read the broker report and I feel that they are in a position to push on with additional news. I am not saying they have done a great job in regards to the share price just that we should be a little more patient given we should get an outcome on the 201 deal soon.
Have you ever thought the ones that want to jump on BOD are doing it for personal reasons to enhance career prospects at our expense. It will take time for anyone to build new contacts and deliver whereas if 201 completes these guys can crack on.
It will cause disruption, take time whilst cash is being burnt and all the work that has been done and in the process of being completed will end with nothing then another placing.
It should only be a last resort so I would give it a few weeks so as long as 201 completes then the strategy can move forwards.
Also you have no real creditable replacements that have any real knowledge other than Adam. Just talk from the outside.

Porky we know you are not invested and only due to issues with current BOD members so the value of your opinions are different.
If it is a shareholder or shareholders that goes on the BOD they need to have something they can bring and they have to be prepared to hold the shares when they are in and hold more than what the current BOD hold otherwise no point going down that route. I think that is a question everyone should ask if that is what is being put forward.
Bringing in new BOD members that are non shareholders will take time and cost money and the strategy will likely change. Not sure we have time for all that.
Personally I think we should wait a few weeks. The grass is not always greener on the other side. Whilst changes might benefit us it will also slow progress even more when you have people that don't really understand the details of what goes on.
I also think it could jeopardise the 201 as negotiations at this stage are at an important stage.
Payments are nothing to shout about and the milestone payments are an IF by then the share price will drop.
Expecting a move downwards after today so not worth a punt. All these AIM companies further cash for development.
Surprised this has not dropped today to be honest. Over inflated in regards to the market cap.

Why NOT to invest in Valirx9 Dec 2023 14:56
Rather than listen to Dr Adam H, an eminent scientist, alternatively you could take advice from our own Professor Porky who spends his days posting utter garbage on this forum.
This porcine poster, made a fortune in Valirx, before losing it all in a fly-by-night company (4D) which went to the wall. To be fair, not content with 4D, he has lost money in a host of other company’s too: NCYT, HE1, SNT, INSP, for example.
Prior to his acrimonious divorce from the company, Professor Porky spent hours posting the merits of Valirx before a strop saw him move to the dark side. In fact, he was the No.1 ramper during that period with gems such as:
“The valuation here is like a coiled spring, you really can’t hold it down much longer before we absolutely explode to new heights.”
“It's a Red Hot Buy and one of the best risk reward investments on the AIM in my considered”
……“And it’s not IF VAL come's good, it’s WHEN”
“ Valirx are trying to make a difference and I just champion that at every level.”
……”the CEO here is just amazing, new team, new ethos and really cares about the shareholders.”
Reading his multi daily rants nowadays, could it be our porcine friend is trying to drive down the SP to his advantage? No, that’s against his ethics, for in his own words:
"I just can't abide negativity, can't stand it at any level. I can kind of get it if it’s to put off investors to try and get a cheaper price, I don't agree with the practice, but I get it." (POSTED BY PORKY IN VALIRX – 30/10/21)
So, there you have it. The posts and opinions of Dr Adam H, a respected scientist ……or the ramblings of a confused and demented porker.
As always, DYOR. As an investor in Valirx, I obviously have an interest and expectation of an SP rise, but don’t be fooled by Professor Porky (or his other aliases). Despite his denial, he certainly has an agenda, posting thousands of times on a share he is not even invested in! It’s time to take your positions.
