Sounds like Yorkshire Is well represented on this board. Sorry another off topic. As a teenager I represented Kent at squash. The first time I played Yorkshire in Yorkshire I just remember how strange that kids from one county could have such varied accents from Sheffield to middles boro` and I understood very little of what they said. Oh the great north south was in full force in the 80's.

The peak district is a gem of a place, no wonder so many good climbers live in Sheffield. I lived different s laces but most interesting was near park hill behind station and big round about. Pretty scary coming home on a night out sometimes. I remember there being lots of addicts pretty much living in the uner passes. Funny to think they are being turned into designer apartments by urban splash. Hillsborough I always thought had its own community going on
